We were a group of 5 ages from 19 to 77, Kevin kept us all involved. He is very knowledgeable about the area and will custom the tour to meet your interests. We were interested in medieval with a little WWII thrown in, Kevin did it. We drove in from Rothenburg he provided us with the best place to park and a couple of excellent places to eat. We were never rushed he answered everyone’s questions, even a few days after the tour. We will join in with everyone else who gives Kevin a well earned 5 star review.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You guys were a fun bunch.
We took a tour with Kevin for a morning. Kevin picked us up promptly at our hotel in a very comfortable van. From there, he drove us to the location where the Nuremburg trials took place. Kevin's knowledge of history is breathtaking and seeing the trial room had more meaning after hearing Kevin's detailed explanations. We also visited Jewish locations in Nuremberg, which we would never have found or known about without Kevin's guidance. Kevin is smart, speaks American English and is well versed in German history. I highly recommend Kevin for tours in Nuremberg in English.
Thank you very much, Nancy! I hope to see you again sometime.
Great tour of Old Town Nuremberg! Thanks for a great afternoon. We had fun and learned about how the town evolved from medieval times to post WW2.
Thanks for the review, Suzanne! I had a good time too.
Having toured the Nazi related sites in Nuremburg on previous travels, we wanted a different experience on this visit. Kevin provided just that with his excellent private walking tour of Nuremburg's Old town. It was a delightful three hour tour which entertained and enlightened us on significant historic and cultural events in the city's storied past. Though American by birth, he's lived in Germany for decades and his knowledge of Nuremburg's history is impressive. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who has a keen interest in understanding a place rather than just seeing it.
I am very pleased to hear that you enjoyed my tour. Thanks again to both you and Melissa.
We did a hybrid tour of the walking grounds and rallying grounds that the Nazis utilized before and during WW2, then went to the Justice Center where the Nuremberg trials were held. All were great and Kevin is very knowledgeable. I would say we were at the Justice Center only an hour and that is not really enough time to spend there. But that was not Kevin's fault...just one of those things.
Thank you very much for your review of my WW2 Combo Tour.
Our group of 12 booked two private tours with Kevin: The Nuremberg Old Town Walking Tour and the WWII Combo Tour. Both tours were wonderful experiences. Kevin was able to make the history of Nuremberg come alive for each of us, sharing pertinent stories and facts without drowning us in too much detail. He was more than happy to answer questions and even tailored parts of the itinerary to our specific interests. Our group later agreed that Kevin's tours were a highlight of our travels together. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting the area!
Many thanks for your review, Ann! I had a good time with you guys.
