La Gran Esfinge de Guiza es uno de los monumentos más emblemáticos de Egipto y del mundo. Es una estatua de piedra caliza con el cuerpo de un león y la cabeza de un hombre, que se cree que representa al faraón Khafre (constructor de la segunda pirámide en Guiza).
La Esfinge mide unos 73 metros de largo y 20 metros de alto, lo que la convierte en la estatua monolítica más grande del mundo antiguo.
Se orienta directamente hacia el este, hacia el sol naciente, y fue visto como un poderoso guardián de la meseta de Guiza.
La estatua tiene más de 4.500 años de antigüedad (que data de alrededor del 2500 a. C.).
La nariz y la barba perdidas son misterios famosos, la mayoría de los historiadores creen que fueron destruidas en períodos posteriores.

Perfect day
We had an incredible experience with our guide visiting the pyramids! Everything was very comfortable and well organized, and we really appreciated having the full history explained to us in detail at every place we visited.
The explanations were clear, interesting and also fun, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Our guide also took beautiful, high-quality photos of us at the pyramids, which was an amazing extra and gave us some unforgettable memories to take home.
We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the pyramids. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Egypt!

Amazing day full experience will never forget
I had an amazing day my tour guide was Mostafa , he was warm welcoming and taught me a lot about the sphinx and pyramids, he waited for me as I explored the inside of the pyramid and I wasn’t rushed, he suggested so many places to explore and gave me history on them, took so many great photos and videos I also rode a camel, he accompanied me to buy souvenirs and arranged with someone he knew so I wasn’t hassled or pressured overall amazing day once in a lifetime I would recommend to anyone who is looking to explore the pyramids and have the whole experience Mostafa is a great guy

It was okay. We did pyramids and camels. I didn't really like the idea of going to shops that the guide has deals with, like oils, rings, spices, papyrus. I would have liked for him to ask me which of those things I was interested in consuming and which ones not, because I felt quite embarrassed going, for example, to the oils and after the whole show not buying anything. The itinerary was very confusing. The food was horrible. In the end, the guide was a bit intense about the TripAdvisor review; he literally watched while we were writing and asked us to send it to him and everything… I had written a very good review, but now I am writing the real one.

We had an amazing experience visiting the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx! 🐪🇪🇬

Reliable, knowledgeable, and humorous tour guide-driver.
Mostafa was very interested and impressed me with his knowledge. I had concerns about safety during my first trip to Egypt, but those concerns disappeared the moment we spoke. My friend and I organized the tour together, but you can also do the Mostafa Pyramid tour alone. Our driver, Mohammed, was very respectful and provided us with our basic needs, such as water and food. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be this positive; I had some preconceived notions based on the negative aspects shown on social media, but everything turned out very well. Note: He takes amazing photos; he adjusts the angles and lighting so perfectly that he beautified my memories :)
