Para una caminata inolvidable y exclusiva, lejos de las masas, no te pierdas nuestro viaje a Arco de Las Peñitas. El día se completará con la visita de un encantador pueblo de Ajuy y sus cuevas. Las Peñitas : Comience su aventura con un viaje panorámico por la isla, un viaje de aproximadamente una hora que ofrece vistas impresionantes y una visión de los paisajes de otro mundo de la isla. Arco de Las Peñitas : La subida al Arco de Las Peñitas es un ascenso emocionante que te recompensa con unas vistas impresionantes a cada paso. Almuerzo en Ajuy : Después de su exploración, disfrute de un delicioso y rico almuerzo sándwich que se le proporciona en los acantilados del encantador pueblo de Ajuy. Cuevas de Ajuy : Acceda a las cuevas a través de un corto camino de 500 metros desde Ajuy. Descubre las dunas fósiles más antiguas de la isla y los agujeros históricos de cal en el camino. !!En caso de una alerta meteorológica severa por un fenómeno costero (en este caso las cuevas pueden cerrarse por razones de seguridad), visitaremos el histórico pueblo de Betancuria en su lugar!

Itinerario
A continuación te llevaremos al sorprendente barranco de Las Peñitas. Te guiaremos en una caminata por el verdadero oasis de Fuerteventura, el Barranco de las Peñitas, una joya escondida pero espectacular de la isla, escenario de muchas producciones de Hollywood. El Barranco de las Peñitas es uno de los escenarios más bellos y llamativos de Fuerteventura y bien escondido de las masas. Si está dispuesto a escalar un poco, también lo llevaremos a la magnífica ventana oculta.
La siguiente parada es Ajuy, un pequeño y auténtico pueblo de pescadores en la costa oeste. Allí haremos una caminata corta para ir a ver las cuevas misteriosas y luego nos deleitaremos con un almuerzo campestre en la playa.

Beautiful natural attraction to visit. It is recommended not to go in flip-flops, but with comfortable shoes. It was a stop on our mini-tour

Had an amazing time with Bas who was very knowledable about the history of the island and was a great character! I would higly recommend having a hike with him. He was also able to provide a gluten free lunch.
Highly recommended to do this excursion with FuerteXperience and its co-owner and guide Bas. He goes to hours after mass hours, walks the best route through the canyon and goes in a small group.

I joined a small group tour from Corralejo and it was a great experience. The canyon hike was a bit of a scramble in places and I would not have attempted it myself but our guide was careful, helpful and literally knew every step of the way. There is a real sense of achievement when you get to the top. Strong legs help, but no expertise is required and we found our own pace as a group. There was a friendly atmosphere and no time pressure. Ajuy was a nice treat after our exertions and the whole trip was a great day out. Definitely a highlight of my holiday.

The hike is also manageable for inexperienced people and offers a great view at the end. Bas is a fantastic guide. Friendly, funny, likeable and multilingual. We had a fantastic day! Tip: be sure to try the ice cream at the caves in the minimarket. Bas knows where.

Excellent morning hike in the Las Penitas canyon. Our guide was very professional and very friendly, lending a hand to anyone who needed an extra bit of help to negotiate the steeper parts of the trail. The lunch provided was also very tasty. Highly recommended.

Amazing excursion through Las Penitas canyon. The hike was tricky in places but our guide Bas was brilliant at assisting and encouraging you. Would definitely recommend wearing trainers or walking shoes as the terrain is difficult, especially on the way down. I was pushed out of my comfort zone but totally glad that I made the effort as the view from the top is spectacular. Big shout out to our guide Bas who made the experience unforgettable. He was very helpful & knowledgeable of the region. Also the sandwich provided is delicious. Would highly recommend - five stars!!
