Itinerario
Comenzaremos recogiendo a nuestros clientes en San Juan y luego recorreremos la isla hasta llegar a la zona de Rainforest. Viajamos por muchas ciudades diferentes en las que el guía turístico compartirá información interesante y entretenida de Puerto Rico a lo largo del camino.
Disfrutamos de la hermosa vista de la playa de Luquillo mientras continuamos nuestro camino hacia El Yunque. Pasamos por un conocido lugar donde los locales ofrecen diferentes opciones culinarias. ¡Una excelente manera de pasar otro día con tu familia explorando nuestro paraíso! Solo conducimos por la zona, no paramos, pero se sabe que las experiencias compartidas son geniales.
Después de conducir desde San Juan hacia el lado este de Puerto Rico, nos preparamos y alistamos para comenzar nuestras actividades. Completamos una caminata moderada a lo largo de la encantadora belleza del desierto que rodea a El Yunque, llegamos a una hermosa zona de pozas del río donde iniciamos nuestras actividades acuáticas. Desde toboganes naturales hasta saltos de acantilados y balanceos de cuerdas, nos involucramos en una aventura que llena a los participantes con una increíble sensación de vida. Los participantes podrán elegir entre una experiencia aventurera o una estadía relajante y refrescante en nuestra área de recorrido mientras nos bañamos en las hermosas y refrescantes cascadas de El Yunque. Una vez que hayamos terminado con la relajación y la aventura, regresaremos a nuestra zona de inicio para nuestro viaje a San Juan. Política de Recogida : La recogida comienza de 1 hora a 1 hora y 30 minutos antes del horario seleccionado del tour dependiendo de la cantidad de paradas que el conductor debe completar. Su recogida oportuna es importante para garantizar una experiencia fluida y agradable para todos los huéspedes. Por favor, prepárese en la entrada principal de su lugar de recogida designado a la hora de recogida relativa. Su conductor esperará hasta 5 minutos antes de proceder a la siguiente ubicación. Si pierde su recogida, usted será responsable de hacer su propio camino al sitio del tour para unirse a la experiencia. ¡Te recomendamos planificar con anticipación y estar listo unos minutos antes para evitar perderte la aventura! ¡Los viajeros que se alojen fuera de San Juan deben llegar al Caribe Hilton para su servicio de transporte!

- Problemas de espalda y mujeres embarazadas no pueden participar en el tour.
- Este tour opera en base al clima y las condiciones del río.
- El uso de chaleco salvavidas y casco es obligatorio.
- Los sábados la caminata es más larga y desafiante ya que partimos desde un punto diferente.
- San Juan Tours se reserva el derecho de admisión - Si una persona parece estar bajo los efectos del alcohol o drogas, no seguir las instrucciones o causar trastornos, el guía tiene el derecho de cancelar su reserva en cualquier momento, y no se emitirán reembolsos debido a esto. Las personas con las restricciones sanitarias enumeradas anteriormente no pueden participar en el tour. No se autorizarán reembolsos si una persona no lee la descripción completa y no cumple con los requisitos y limitaciones de seguridad el día del tour. The hike to water activities is strenuous but loads of fun. Rope swing was a lil’ scary. Be careful on slick rocks.

Our guide, DJ, was amazing. I will say it was quite the hike but worth it in the end with the slide and cliff jump! DJ made sure we felt safe and was very helpful throughout every step.

The itinerary is pretty deceptive. You drive there, walk to the waterslide, play in the water for an hour, then walk back. It isn’t a horrible activity, and we managed to have some fun, but it wasn’t at all what the description suggests. If you just want a family hike and fun in the water, it’s great. If you actually want to experience and learn about the rainforest, look elsewhere.

The tour was beautiful and absolutely worth booking. The hike itself is a bit difficult, but our guide Carlos was so careful and helpful. He was so funny and light hearted but also is very experienced and definitely knows what he's doing. The waterslide and rope swing is a must, if you're looking for a nice couple hour tour, this is the one!

The forest is very beautiful and the experience was a lot of fun. However our driver and tour guide, Carlos, drove like a maniac. He hit a guard rail and kept going. My girlfriend was getting car sick because of his driving. During the tour he barely talked and just didn’t seem like he wanted to be there.

Super fun. Our Guide was so nice to everyone and had a lot to teach us. It was definitely harder to climb the rocks than I thought it would be. I don’t think it’s meant for an older generation.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Our hiking and water tour in El Yunque with Carlos was a beautiful and enjoyable experience overall. The rainforest is absolutely stunning—lush, vibrant, and full of breathtaking scenery. The natural water spots were refreshing and definitely a highlight of the day. Carlos was kind, welcoming, and clearly familiar with the area, which made the tour feel relaxed and comfortable. The only minor challenge was a bit of a language barrier at times, which made it harder to fully connect and understand some of the details being shared. Even so, we had a great time and truly appreciated the opportunity to explore El Yunque. With just a little smoother communication, this experience would easily be a 5-star tour!
