Opciones de la excursión
Itinerario

Very interesting, tour guide was funny and very informative, answered all our questions. The time flew past with the right balance of direction and time to ourselves. Brilliant!
Jackie was great. Great driver and very engaged with all the passengers.
Our driver was very informative and knowledgeable. He was also very polite and friendly. He made the tour very enjoyable.
Trip wasn't what we expected. Only got a glimpse of Hover damn. The shuttle services in and out of the grand canyon were the worst. We were loaded on the buses like cattle. It cost way too much for the type of service we received. However, our Bus Driver was the BEST. Her name was JACKIE and drives for Sweet Tours, bus number 33. She was very knowledgeable about the areas and was very professional. She needs a raise.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are absolutely thrilled to hear that Jackie provided you with such professional, knowledgeable, and exceptional service on bus number 33! We will certainly pass your wonderful compliments along to her. We appreciate your feedback regarding the Grand Canyon West shuttle system. Because those shuttles are managed externally by the park itself, they can unfortunately become quite crowded during peak times, but we understand how frustrating that experience can be. Regarding the Hoover Dam, we do want to gently clarify that this specific tour is structured with a brief photo stop at the dam to ensure guests have maximum time to explore the Grand Canyon. We try to outline this itinerary on our website so expectations are clear, but we will review our descriptions to see how we can make this even more apparent for future travelers. Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience down the road.
Clear instructions, very polite, I would recommend more options for lunch
Awesome views in this amazing place. Overall great experience.
The GMC Yukon was the perfect vehicle for the tour. Bill our guide was absolutely amazing! The communication was great as well from the staff.
We had excellent day with Sweetours going from Vegas to the Grand Canyon west. Our guide, Lorena, was efficient and full of knowledge. Pickup was from various strip hotels and we got on the road quite quickly to the first stop for breakfast at ihop. They had everything ready for our party so it was well organised. We stopped at Dolan Springs too which broke up the journey nicely. It was hot at the canyon but thankfully the lines were short - you have to wait for a shuttle to get from the visitor centre to eagle point to guano point and back again so leave enough time. The wait for the sky walk was minimal too which was much appreciated. The included lunch could be taken at 1 of 3 locations. We chose the skywalk restaurant for the views and the aircon! Guano point has better views but there’s no aircon there and you eat at tables outside in a shared area. Lorena got us back to vegas quickly with a comfort break built in to the timing, so we were back at our hotel just after 6pm. Highly recommended!
A memorable family day! Great to get in the Grand Canyon in a day. Lorena the tour guide it the QUEEN of tour guides! Thank you! Injured back and all she rocks. Breakfast at IHOP was good, lunch choices were good! The stop in Dolan Springs will be a lifetime memory. And the time at the Grand Canyon, what can so say?!! It’s makes me speechless. Superior communication with the tour company!!! They are professional!!! Worth the price for this mama of a family of five to be taken care of for the day. On top of it, we caught the end of the soccer game at the gift shop and watched Spain win at the Grand Canyon
We had such a great time on our Grand Canyon West and Hoover Dam Tour! Our driver Jackie was awesome. If you want to see Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon and learn about some history along the way, take this tour. We also included a helicopter ride into the Canyon as well.
