Excursión a la plantación de té Halpewatte en Ella, Sri Lanka
Descripción
Nuestras operaciones comienzan alrededor de las 8 a.m. y van hasta las 4.30 p.m. Entre esas horas, puede venir y tomar su tour. Además, un tour normalmente tarda alrededor de 40 minutos a 1 hora en completarse. Al hacer el recorrido por la plantación, debe participar en la sesión de recolección de té. Antes de la sesión, realizamos la adoración habitual del Señor Ganesh en un pequeño kovil cerca de la plantación. También recibirá su cesta para cosechar té, así como un pequeño mottu. Si decides participar en la actividad de arrancar el té, quizás podrías usar el atuendo habitual de un saree o sarong envolvente. Relájese en medio de las impresionantes vistas de la vegetación sin fin, las fincas de té y el campo circundante en nuestro Sky Café desde una cima de la montaña de 300 m sobre el suelo / 1300 m sobre el nivel del mar. Disfrute de una experiencia única de degustación de té y descubra cómo y por qué el té de Ceilán viene en diferentes grados y sabores para adaptarse a diversas paletas en todo el mundo.

Rodeada de exuberantes campos de té verde, la fábrica ofrece una serie de actividades, desde caminatas a través de exuberantes jardines de té verde, recolección de té y aprendizaje del proceso de fabricación del té hasta finalmente saborear su propia taza para completar el viaje del té.

We really enjoyed the plantation tour. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable as was the lady directing the tea tasting. Our group wasn’t too big at 0930 and we quickly got started - tours seemed to run every 30 minutes.
