It was a great trip to Da Nang. Our guide Dan was a good spoken English guide. We saw several things and she knew a lot to tell us. The lunch in a garden was delicous.
Andy is the best! The tour was flawless. We saw so much and everything was perfectly planned. We did a private tour so we could pick and chose what we wanted
We are 4 couples from New Jersey, US, and wanted a day tour off of our cruise ship. I contacted Andy over a year prior, and he was the ultimate professional with regards to helping lay out the tour, the cost and what was included, the payment procedure, etc. So before we even toured, Andy had everything under control. The day of the tour did not disappoint. Mr. Ty and driver were there before we got off the ship, and he took us on a fantastic day tour, which included Lady Buddha, Dragon Bridge, Marble Mountain, Hoa Hai, and Hoi An. Great explanations of what we visited and the history of both Da Nang and Hoi An. Returned to the ship within plenty of time of departure. I highly recommend using Andy and his team for any of your tour needs in this area. Absolutely much better than any ship excursion, and a great bang for your buck.
We had a great trip with Ms Chang on our tour of Da Nang and Hoi An. Pick up was easy and Andy had provided lots communication in advance as to where to meet. The tour started with a drive on the Hai Van Pass which gave great views of the coast before arriving in Da Nang, Ms Chang provided history and overview to the areas we visited which was really insightful. Following a trip to the marble mountains we stopped for lunch which was fantastic, both authentic and great food, felt really relaxed. We then finished in Hoi A which is a great place and would recommended to anyone. I would really recommend the tour.
An absolute highlight of our trip so far. Communication leading to tour was great. Pick up was easy. Our guide Sue was fabulous!!! She taught us alot, again communication was easy and fun. Went to more things than i imagined , all of them interesting and worth the time. Sue recommended our dinner and it was yummy. On the way back to port our driver drove along the river which was just beautiful at night. I highly recommend this shore tour…just do it♥️❤️
Could not have asked for a better day than what we experienced with Kong and our driver in DaNang. From the first communication with Mr. Tran to our farewell at the cruise port, every wish was delivered and then some! Still dreaming of Vietnamese coffee!! Do not hesitate to book and enjoy all that Vietnam has to offer- cannot wait to visit again!
I want to take a moment and thank the owner, Andy and our tour guide Ms. Chang. I was initially booked for the Golden Hands tour but I sent a message the day before, asking if we would switch to the Hoi A tour instead. My father is elderly and the trip was taking a toll on him. He wouldn’t have been able to make it through the Golden Hands tour. Thankfully, Andy messaged back and was nice enough to change the tour. They did a great job of sending photos of where to meet our guide, Ms. Chang and driver, which made it easy to find them once we exited our cruise ship. We were blown away at the care and passion that the driver and Ms. Chang had for our trip. The driver noticed that I had some dirt on my legs from the muddy walk and got some tissues for me, then Ms. Chang gave me some wet wipes as well. As we drove to Hoi An, she told us about the area, lots of facts and history about the area. Once we were in Hoi An, we toured a few historical houses and Ms. Chang knew so many facts about the homes and area, I was extremely impressed! My father began having a hard time walking so we once again pivoted and I asked if we could just do some souvenir shopping instead. She was happy to help me bargain and shop. She then took us to a great local Vietnamese restaurant where we had amazing pho. I really can’t thank Andy and Ms. Chang enough for their flexibility and hospitality. It was a great tour with an even better tour guide. We are so grateful that we booked with this company and had Ms. Chang as our guide.
great trip out, plenty of time to discover some hidden gems. Guide was very knowledgeable. would defiantly use Andy again and highly recommend his trips.
Fantastic tour!! We arrived in Chan May by cruise ship and were here for the day. Pick up was easy and stress free. Andy was very helpful in the run up to the trip and provided pictures of the meeting point and answered all our questions. Saw golden bridge at Banang Hills, Hoi An and Danang! Saw all the highlights in the area. Andy was a fantastic tour guide. Had lots of interesting facts about the area. Was given the best lunch. Best food we've ever eaten! Also made an additional stop to see the Lady Buddha statue. Couldn't ask for a better, stress free way to visit the area. Arrived back to the boat with plenty of time. Andy and his team are fantastic. Couldn't recommend them more!
We have an enjoyable day tour with guide Ms Trang. We are on Diamond princess visiting December 2023. Ms Trang and the driver met us at the pier and explained to us the itinerary for the day. She was courteous and friendly and tried to fulfill our requests like getting coffee in local cafe, eating the Vietnamese sandwich in which these were outside the itinerary. We have a good day and she bring us back to ship on time with time to spare for last minute shopping too. By the way, we are the only guests in a nice AC car while our fellow ship passengers were packed in tourist bus for the same tourist spots . Definitely worth the money and highly recommended!
