Este tour ofrece una mezcla perfecta de historia, naturaleza y bienestar. Visitará el emblemático Khor Virap con vistas al Monte Ararat, explorará el impresionante Monasterio de Noravank y se relajará en la ciudad balneario de Jermuk, famosa por sus aguas termales y su cascada. El viaje también incluye una parada en el Arco de los Sueños y una cata de vinos en la antigua región de Areni, por lo que es una experiencia rica, pintoresca e inolvidable.

Mucha gente sabe que Armenia es el primer país cristiano del mundo. Fue aceptado oficialmente en 301 cuando Grigor fue liberado de la prisión de la capital, que estaba aquí antes. Fue encarcelado aquí durante 13 años por su fe cristiana. Siendo la última esperanza del rey enfermo, lo curó, tras lo cual el rey aceptó el cristianismo como religión de Estado. Al mismo tiempo, desde aquí se abre la mejor vista del Monte Ararat. Estar muy cerca de Ararat te da la oportunidad de ver toda la estructura de la montaña y admirar su belleza.
El gusto medieval armenio y el talento arquitectónico se mezclaron en Noravank, fundado en el siglo IX, este monasterio se desarrolló en los siglos XIII y XIV. Rodeado de altas montañas de color rojo y construido con piedras tomadas de esas rocas, Noravank complementa armoniosamente el paisaje local, manteniéndose único en su tipo.
Al llegar a Jermuk, vamos a ver la cascada. La cascada "Trenzas de Sirena" de 68-70 metros de altura nos cuenta la leyenda de un amor prohibido. Según esta leyenda, un príncipe maldice a su hija por conocer a su amante, y luego ella se convierte en piedra. Su cabello todavía fluye en forma de agua, por lo que la cascada recibe el nombre de "Trenzas de Sirena".
Al final del recorrido, visitamos el centro de vinificación en el pueblo de Areni, donde nos aloja la Fábrica de Vinos de Areni. Nuestros huéspedes pueden degustar diferentes tipos de vinos armenios, incluidos los elaborados con uvas Areni. También veremos la bodega, donde se almacenan los vinos, y en la planta superior, hay un bonito café.

I had Anahit as my tour guide for this trip and a second trip to Tatev. She is friendly and shares clear information. There is enough time to listen to explanations and see the sights afterwards. The organisation was great. The only negative is Hin Areni, the food was not good at all and the wine tasting is less than one full sip. The lady at the winery was not very knowledgeable. I did 4 tours in total with One way and can recommend them.

Very nice tour. The guide Gor took care of us well even thou we are only a few English speakers. The several stops are beautiful. The guests get along well in the car.

It was for me the best tour which i booked. Beautiful places with breathtaking views. I was also happy that it was not the warmest summerday on this ten hour trip ( around 28°C). We really could enjoy the nature and countryside of Armenia. Ashkhen as a guide, she paid a lot of attention to the whole group, and managed it in russian and english very well. I liked that she just let us look around than we met later for the english/ russian guiding with her, so we didn't have to listen to the infos twice. Would totally recommend and would participate again.
