The tour guides were VERY knowledgeable and had a lot of really cool information. Our guides were Kevin, John, and Carlos. They made our adventure a fun one while incorporating humor and true facts. I am looking forward to coming back to explore more of the city and history. I cannot recommend those 3 more!!!
Excellent! We truly enjoyed our guides!
While the tour itself wasn’t terrible, the biggest issue was that we were misled into believing admission to Chichén Itzá was included in the price. Before arriving, they tell you that you’re paying “taxes” required by the government, making it seem like it’s a separate mandatory fee. However, once you get to the park, you realize that this payment is actually the admission ticket, which was advertised as being included in the tour. The admission fee ended up being almost as much as the tour itself, which made no sense and felt very misleading and you barely get to explore the park. On top of that, the entire experience felt rushed, and the tour guide didn’t seem very enthusiastic. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this tour due to the misleading pricing and lackluster experience.
Tour guides are very knowledgeable. However, pick up process was as extremely long, and a lot of selling items with high prices at the gift shops. I noticed that no one bought Tequila because the prices are too high. They should do a better business. The tour did not even provide 1 free water bottle for 12 hours long trip, is it an amazing tour? Also they should drop us at the bus station rather than the place between two bus stations. We had to walk to the bus station at the night time after a long day of travel to catch the bus to go back to the hotel. Last but not least, it was raining at Chichen Itza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Visitors are walking on muddy roads and wet path ways at UNESCO World Heritage Site. Imagine traveling thousands of miles to the Chichen Itza UNESCO World Heritage Site, paying top dollar for admission, only to have your trip ruined by impassable, soupy mud. What a wonder! I think I am not alone in wanting improved infrastructure and , infrastructure upgrades at the Chichen Itza UNESCO World Heritage Site for boosting tourism for world wonder lands.
Dress in very light, breathable clothing and comfortable walking shoes. Also, bring water as it's not provided. The entire day was fun and our guides Kevin and Juan did a fabulous job of providing historical and cultural information in an entertaining way. We loved the experience at Chichen Itza and the cool dip in the cenote afterwards. We would highly recommend this tour and company.
The tour is a whole days worth with 3 stops and amazing views. Julian our bus driver was amazing. Marcela and Paul our tour guides were informative and made the trip even better. Highly recommend.
Exceptional experience. Guide, handler, and driver were fantastic. Rigardo was a wealth of information and full of energy. Highly re commend the experience and the crew. Keke was our great driver and Richard handled the logistics without a hitch.
All 3 members of the tour company were awesome. Keke was solid as our driver and kept us and our belongings safe o er a very long day. Richard kept us on track and seamlessly moved us from place without pushing us. Ricardo was a wealth of information and kept it fun and informative. Highly recommend this tour and especially this crew.
This was the best guided tour I have ever been on by a long shot. Rodrigo, our guide, as well as Ricardo and Enrique provided us with an amazing experience. From the second we got picked up we felt like family, and we got a taste of mayan culture that I don't think anyone else could replicate. We would 1000% come back!
Wow, I have been on many tours and this was hands down the best. Our driver was Keke, our leader was Richard and our guide was Rodrigo. Rodrigo has so much knowledge it is unbelievable I learnt so many things on this tour and his passion for Mayan history and culture made it so special. He was funny and so helpful the entire day, he really did make this day amazing, I am really glad we were lucky enough to get him for this tour. All 3 of them were so kind and friendly, if you are lucky enough to get them on your tour, you are guaranteed an amazing day. One thing I would add to check when you are booking, make sure you check the option to include the buffet. We thought it was included because of the title but we must of picked the wrong package, but we were able to buy tacos and a drink for £8.50 which was really good!
