Our flight was diverted and we had to reschedule our tour. We did this easily by phone to the company. MJ was an excellent, knowledgeable guide and entertained us throughout the tour. We have already recommended the tour to other visitors.
We had the kindest people from the moment we walked off the plane into Chicago. If you only believe what is in the news, you would never travel outside of your house. I strongly recommend that people need to come to Chicago. Be smart know the areas, but the majority of Chicago is so fantastic. Would love to come back again and again.

Informative little tour on a steamy Monday morning. Jay was a knowledgeable and fun guide and took us through notorious crime sites in the city. Inexpensive and fun way to dig deeper into Chicago’s history.

This tour is not worth $49 -- I went with my dad and we left feeling we could have spent $100 doing something more worthwhile. The tour includes just 2 stops with only a few things pointed out from the bus. The stories were fine but a little all over the place... I still don't feel I have a good understanding of the mob history in Chicago. The guide also included stories not mob related; the tour is only 1.5 hours long, I wish they stuck to mob history because again, not sure how much I really learned. I appreciated our tour guides energy and effort and don't think our lack of satisfaction had anything to do with them. It was difficult to hear the guide over the loud, squeaky bus. I definitely could have skipped this one on my recent Chicago visit or paid half the price.
I feel that the message to all of us was that there are no restrooms to use during this tour but we were able to the use the bathroom in the Harry Carey’s restaurant. It is important for us older people to have this available to us if we need it. I don’t understand why they wouldnt let us know. Most Of us did have to use the restroom. We were back on the bus in time. This was my only downside to this tour.
