Opciones de la excursión
Itinerario

We took a day trip over from Big Island with the Aloha team doing the leg work on planning and driving. Our driver, Jeremiah (Miah), embodied the spirit of aloha with the tour, his driving, and his knowledge of his beautiful paradise.
Aloha! Mahalo nui loa for your kind words. Jeremiah (Miah) is thrilled to hear you felt the spirit of aloha. So happy you enjoyed your day in paradise with us! 🌺🤙
The memorial was beautiful. Our tour guide did not wait until 7 AM for us at the pickup. He called us at 6:55 am questioning why we were not at the pickup location (which by the way, I received an email saying the pick up time was adjusted to 7:15am) he was questioning because there were two others that were on our airplane. So he was arguing that we should have been there. He left and said he'd be back for us. We arrived at the designated pickup at 6:59, then waited until 7:35 for him to return and pick us up. As I had questioned the tour itinerary (based on the information in my confirmation) the driver was very rude and told me to stop talking and be quiet and instead listen to him. This encounter and unprofessional interaction did not begin our day on a good note.
Aloha, Mahalo for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and unprofessional interaction you experienced at the start of your tour. Our goal is always to provide clear communication and a smooth, respectful experience for all guests. Regarding pickup times, we strive to coordinate with flight arrivals and other guests, and sometimes adjustments are necessary to accommodate multiple travelers. We regret that this caused frustration and that the interaction did not meet the standard of service we aim to provide. Your feedback is important, and we will review this internally to prevent similar issues in the future. Mahalo for bringing this to our attention. 🌺

The memorial was worth the trip and we had beautiful views, our guide, Summer, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great at giving us history of the islands
Thanks for spending the day with us and Summer.
This trip was so disappointing. We were flying out of Kona. The instructions were that we were departing at 9 am. Not true. We had to fly out at 6 am. The instructions were that the tour company would pick us up at airport between 7-8. Not true. The instructions on where they would be located was so confusing. It took us 30 minutes for find the bus and then we were scolded for being late and it was only 7:30. The tour was supposed to be from 9-1. Not true. We arrived at Pearl Harbor at 8:00 and had to depart at 10:30. We only 2.5 hrs at the harbor. Not enough time. The tour guide, Ariel, was so rude. Would not book this trip with this company. The instructions for everything were wrong and worse, the tour guide was rude.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had on your trip. We understand how important clear communication and accurate scheduling are, and it’s clear we fell short of meeting those expectations during your tour. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the departure time, pick-up details, and the instructions on where to find the bus. We can imagine how stressful that must have been, especially after early morning travel. We also regret that the time at Pearl Harbor was not as expected, and we understand how valuable that experience is. Regarding your interaction with your tour guide, we take this very seriously, as we strive for all of our guests to have a respectful and enjoyable experience. We will address this with our team to ensure better service in the future. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be using it to improve both our communication and our services. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, and we hope you'll reconsider giving us another chance in the future to provide you with a much better experience.
