El centro de Plaça Cort es donde se encuentra la famosa 'Olivera de Cort'.
El Paseo del Borne, o 'Passeig des Born' en catalán, es posiblemente la avenida más elegante de Palma.
El Parc de la Mar hace referencia a un parque situado bajo la catedral de Palma, frente a las murallas medievales que protegen la zona.

We had a fantastic private bike tour with Fran! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared lots of interesting facts about the area along the way. We had a really enjoyable time on the bike tour and it turned out to be a great way to get our bearings in Palma. We learned a few unexpected snippets of history, especially about some of the beautiful buildings and shops, although the tour was definitely more focused on cycling than history—which, in the heat, we were actually quite happy about! We chose the two-hour tour rather than the one-hour option, and I’m so glad we did. It took us further along the coastline to the marinas and beaches, which meant we didn’t need to revisit those areas the following day. It was a lovely way to see more of the city without feeling rushed. Our guide, Fran, was genuinely lovely—friendly, enthusiastic and keen to make sure everyone had a good time. I think with a little more experience he’ll be even better. The only thing I’d suggest is brushing up on taking photos with guests’ phones, as quite a few of ours came out blurry. There were loads more photo stops but missed them. There were a couple of things that stopped it being a five-star experience. For the price, it felt a little expensive for what was included. We paid about £45 each. Think maybe £30 more reasonable. Also, the toilet wasn’t working, and on such a hot day it would have been a thoughtful touch to provide both guests and the guide with bottled water and ensure toilet facilities were available. Overall, though, we had a really nice afternoon and would recommend the two-hour tour if you want to explore Palma in a fun and relaxed way.

Just to clarify a few points for future guests 😊 Your booking was already made at a discounted rate and, on top of that, we were happy to upgrade you to a private tour at no additional cost. Regarding the photos 📸, our guides are professional tour guides rather than professional photographers 😊 They’re always happy to take a few photos with guests’ phones whenever possible, but professional photography or a guaranteed number or quality of photos isn’t part of the tour. Providing our own phones/cameras and managing and sending photos after every tour would need to be offered as a completely separate service. Regarding the price, we understand that everyone has a different perception of value. Our prices include the e-bikes, their maintenance, insurance, our central Palma premises, professional guides and all the operational costs involved. Unfortunately, offering a private two-hour guided e-bike experience for around £30 per person simply wouldn’t be sustainable for us. We’re sorry that the toilet was temporarily unavailable that day. Our office is located in a beautiful historic building in the heart of Palma, and occasionally maintenance issues happen that unfortunately cannot be resolved immediately. And regarding bottled water 💧, guests are always welcome and encouraged to bring water, especially during Palma’s hot summer months. Bottled water isn’t currently included as part of our standard tour. Most importantly, we’re very happy that you had an enjoyable afternoon, discovered more of Palma and would recommend our two-hour tour to other visitors 😊 Thank you again for joining us and for sharing your experience!

We had such a lovely trip with our guide Edda. She was so passionate and enthusiastic about the city and took us to some beautiful places that we would never have gone to if it wasn't for the tour. She gave us some great recommendations of where to eat and some of the best beaches on the island too. Lots of opportunities to take photos and to get off the bikes and have a little explore around. It was a nice mix of culture, history and just getting out and about.

We are so glad wee did this tour. First, the bikes were easy to manage and easy to ride. The tour was amazing and we made many stops along the way. Our guide was awesome and gave us history and info on where we were and what we were seeing. We saw so much that we would have missed walking on our own. This is a great way to see the incredible town., better than a bus! Would absolutely recommend this tour. Thanks for a great day.

Anna was our tour guide. She spoke very good English and was excellent. We have been to Palma de Mallorca before, but this was the best overall view of the city that we have seen. She did a very good job of showing us all the different areas of the city. It was 90 degrees Fahrenheit that day and our tour started at 12:00 pm. I was afraid we would be very hot. But we were not. The e-bikes helped a lot and there was lots of shade on the tour but some sun as well. We saw the city center, very nice shopping areas, and rode along the ocean as well. Highly encourage this company and Anna!

I saw more in 2 hours with Edda on an E-Bike than I would have walking around town all day (and it was very hot so a preferred way of travel). From the City Centre to the boardwalk on the beach, she provided interesting history & stories to fully appreciate what I was seeing. Highly recommended!! You won’t be disappointed!

It’s very misleading, yes you’re riding e-bikes but you’re not allowed to use the throttle! And with so many narrow, hilly streets it’s just too difficult with the heavy e-bikes. We would have been better off with regular bicycles.

Regarding the throttle, our Fat Tire e-bikes are pedal-assist electric bicycles, which means the motor provides powerful assistance while pedaling. A throttle is not required for normal operation and, under European regulations, bicycles equipped with a full throttle are generally classified differently from standard e-bikes and may be subject to additional legal requirements. We were also surprised by the comment regarding hills, as Palma’s historic city center is predominantly flat. In fact, the only significant incline on our route is covered downhill. Our Fat Tire e-bikes are specifically chosen for their comfort, stability, and powerful electric assistance, allowing riders of different ages and fitness levels to enjoy the tour with ease. That said, we understand that every guest has different preferences. Some riders prefer a traditional bicycle experience, while others enjoy the extra comfort and stability that our Fat Tire e-bikes provide.
