Our tour guide was fantastic, he was very informative and made an effort to explain in detail. If we hadn't had the tour guide, we would have missed so much. Wish we stayed more than 1 day, this place is incredible

AMAZING DAY! SO SO SO glad we did it! Lucia (our driver) was a real pro and so lovely. Roberta (our guide) was a special needs teacher who was incredibly interesting and kind, but also kept our 3 kiddos interested in Pompeii history for the entire duration of the trip with a game and a scavenger hunt. Highly recommend doing this tour and booking this company. The entire experience was perfection from start to finish!

Had a great experience with the tour. The company was great to work with and offered plenty of options with competitive pricing. Our guide Italo was amazing and did an excellent job explaining what we were seeing and how life was in the time of Pompeii. He was an expert at navigating around the site and keeping us away from the crowds as much as possible. I would recommend the tour to anyone.

When we booked this tour, it was advertised as a 5-hour experience. A few clicks later, the duration had been reduced to 4 hours—and in reality, we received just 3.5 hours, including an unnecessary mid-tour break. The tour also started 20 minutes late because the guide had to wait in line to purchase tickets, which was surprising given it was marketed as a "skip-the-line" experience. We paid $300 per person—$600 total—for what turned out to be a shortened and somewhat disorganized tour. While the pricing was clearly stated, it’s unclear why we were charged double when the guide provided the same service to two people as he would have to one. The guide also mentioned he would point out additional places to visit on a map at the end of the tour, but that never happened. Most disappointing of all, we completely missed the museum because he failed to inform us that admission stops several hours before closing time.

Excellent way to see Pompeii. Our guide, Italio, was great. He was so knowledgeable about Pompeii and we all learned so much. Including how to navigate the site and how to understand the history of the various types of buildings. He also tried to stay out of the really crowded places as much as possible, which made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Italio is very passionate about the site and that passion makes him an excellent guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We booked a 4 hour tour which was about right. You could spend years exploring Pompeii, but 4 hours allowed us to see quite a bit and not get too overwhelmed or exhausted. We would definitely book this tour again and completely recommend it.

A truly memorable day with Lello as our guide for Pompeii and Herculaneum. Two families with 4 boys aged 9-12 and Lello kept the attention of all 8 of us. Plus Marco our driver who was also terrific!

What an excellent day. Very interesting and well informed. He adapted to the crowds and the inaccessible areas and showed us a wide range of different features and fascinating snippets. Really enjoyed it. Very professional.

Our guide Italian was amazing!! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the sites and explained everything very clearly. It was just the two of us on the tour so we were able to avoid the very busy areas and sneak in and out of buildings quickly. One could spend hours if not days in the town so he managed to give us the highlights so that we had a full understanding of how the Pompeians lived. It was amazing and I would highly recommend!!

This was by far the highlight of our ten days trip to Italy. We had the most wonderful, enjoyable and educational time being guided by our amazing guide Italo. He made our time in Pompeii so special by sharing his great knowledge of this wonderful place. I can’t recommend this experience enough and highly recommend it to anyone who’s interested in learning more than I can imagine you’d get from a larger group.
