Confirmed evening time slot wasn't actually available I booked tickets for the Petronas Twin Towers through Viator, specifically choosing an evening time slot as we wanted to experience the Towers around sunset and after dark. I paid a significant premium for the evening option compared with the much cheaper afternoon tickets that were available, and my booking was confirmed by Viator. Less than 24 hours before our visit, the local supplier contacted me to say that the confirmed evening slot was unavailable and offered alternative times. The supplier did offer either an afternoon time or a refund, but by then equivalent evening tickets (or any other tickets) elsewhere were no longer available. We therefore accepted an afternoon slot so that we could still visit the Towers during our stay. This was particularly frustrating because I could have purchased an afternoon ticket considerably more cheaply in the first place. I had specifically paid the higher price through Viator to secure the evening experience, yet ultimately received the cheaper afternoon experience instead. I subsequently complained to Viator and asked for a partial refund — not a full refund, as we had still visited the attraction — to reflect the difference between what I had paid for and what was actually provided. Viator refused because we had accepted and used the alternative tickets. What disappointed me most was Viator's failure to acknowledge that they had confirmed a specific evening experience, charged a premium for it, and then been unable to provide it. I would be very cautious about relying on a confirmed timed-entry booking with Viator in future, particularly where the timing is an important part of the experience.

It was excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff guiding my husband and i up a series of elevators to the sky bridge of the Patronas Towers. They were very professional and it was a great experience.

I was not impressed with the tour. Boring is hoe I describe it. Much more impressive from thr outside.

Discount skip the line ticket, easy to use. Last time I bought tickets but the tower was closed on Monday. The venue did refund me but we head to the twin tower and waste the day. This time I bought tickets from Viator and all is well.

There is a major disconnect between Tripadvisor and their local agent. I was unable to open the required bookinf form and therefore could not gain entry. This is my 3rd bad experience with Tripadvisor and will never book anything with them again.

10/10 – An absolute must when visiting Kuala Lumpur! Visiting the Petronas Twin Towers was everything we hoped it would be and more. Seeing the world’s tallest twin towers up close is incredible, but the experience from the inside takes it to another level. Walking across the famous Skybridge was a surreal feeling, and the views from the observation deck were simply breathtaking. Looking out over Kuala Lumpur as the city stretched in every direction gave us a whole new appreciation for just how impressive it is. The entire experience was extremely well organised. Staff were friendly, informative and everything inside the attraction ran smoothly. One thing worth mentioning is that our booking time was changed without us realising. We had a confirmed booking for 6:15 pm, but when we arrived our tickets were actually for the 7:00 pm session. Thankfully, it ended up working in our favour, as the city was even more beautiful after sunset, but it’s definitely worth checking your ticket on the day rather than relying solely on your original confirmation. After our visit, we headed outside to watch the Lake Symphony fountain and light show, which was the perfect way to end the evening. If you’re visiting Kuala Lumpur, this is an experience you simply can’t miss. The views, the architecture and the atmosphere make it unforgettable. Highly recommended – 10/10! Just be sure to double-check your allocated entry time before you arrive.

If you arrive on time, you do not have to stand in line. I was there at 10, and it was empty. No pushing and a clear view. The view is very good, and if you want, you can also have a coffee and buy souvenirs. I liked it very much, just as I expected.

Well worth a visit. I thought it would be over crowded, but the crowd was a good size. The ticket arrangement from Viator was very good. However very surprised at the lack of Twin Towers staff at the check in areas, and the signage around the tower area to actually find the entry line was very poor

A little on the pricey side, but a true Kuala Lampur landmark. From the observation desk, you get a great view of the city. It is very well managed.

Didn't seem like I skipped any lines and feel this was a waste of money. I only booked this through Viator as the official website wouldn't accept my international credit card.
