For us the tour guide was a little too quick in his speech and walking pace. It was difficult to keep up with all the information and him especially as it was busy. He certainly knew lots of facts and figures but compared to another tour we went on from a different tour operator and guide for the coloseum it didn't compare. Hence only 3 stars for the price I expected more.

This was a great way to see some of the iconic spots! The skip the line part was totally the best part! Also being able to take a guided tour and learn history at the same time was a bonus!

This tour was unfortunately a bit of a disappointment. While our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, his curation of the Vatican museums didnt quite vibe with my interests. He skipped several of the sculpture halls I hoped to see and he focused oddly on the various bath tubs on display. Then we moved on to the Sistine chapel. He did a nice job of explaining what we'd see in advance since you can't talk inside. Where the tour really fell short is when he wrapped the "3 hour tour" in 2 hrs 15 min and had us tour St Peter's basilica on our own with no guidance - to me, this is the heart of the tour and should have more of the guide's perspective.

It was very hard to understand the tour guide. The headset was not comfortable for adults or children.

Sorry to write this review. Unfortunately, this tour was disappointing for a couple of reasons. We had really hoped to see more given the description and price. Our guide was difficult to understand and was more focused on his stories than the needs of the group. We spent an hour outside in the heat looking at three pictures versus seeing the beautiful features inside the museum and chapel. We seemed to rush through the important parts like the basilica and amazing artifacts. People come to see the incredible sites not to hear someone drone on about their own interests. When we asked to see these sites, our guide seemed very offended. There was no intent to offend. We had limited time and the group just wanted to make the most of the time.
