We booked tickets for the Vatican through get your guide, which used this company. Easy to find the office and quick and easy ticket reciept, and lots of information to make sure we knew where we were going. Just very expensive, but that’s our mistake for not booking the Vatican through the official website in advanced.

The description promised "skip-the-line" priority tickets. This was not what was provided. There was a long wait queuing in the street under the sun with the tour agent. The tour agent purchased regular museum entry tickets for the participants once inside the museum. We were handed over to a guide, who procured audio equipment from the museum to distribute to the participants. All in all, it took about 75 min from the indicated starting time to actually begin the tour. The guide was engaging and told many interesting stories, but there was not so much time for details or questions. It was a whirlwind tour since the museum was closing in 1 hour 20 min after the walking tour started, and entry to the Sistine Chapel closed 30 min before that. So all in all, the actual walking tour lasted for about 40-45 min, followed by about 30 min visiting the Sistine Chapel on your own and time for gift shop visit.

The tour was thorough and enjoyable despite the lines. Our guide Leonardo was fantastic, was knowledgeable and kept things moving while making sure we were able to appreciate the beauty.

Our guide is Leonardo, he is very good, very fantastic! His character is very cheerful. Furthermore, Leonardo can at least speak English, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese! This tour is for tourists who speak English, but my wife is Chinese and can't speak English. Leonardo sometimes speaks Chinese with my wife. For her too, it was a pleasant ride! Thank you very much, Leonardo!

I was able to take over a cancelled ticket. The tour started relatively on time and was only delayed a little by the security check. The tour went through 3 of the 11 Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. From here there was priority access to St. Peter's Basilica.

Fast entry as promised. The guide was entertaining and had good knowledge of the artifacts and the art. Everything went as promised.

Leonardo our guide, was a super guide, funny and very educated. Why only four stars? Too much information and tok much to see for 3 hours. But Big thumbs up for Leonardo. he managed to stat focused, to keep everyone together and to point out the most important information. I recommend!
