Arrive 15-20 minutes early for timed entry. Better than leaving it to chance especially in the summer.

Very good experience! Priority entrance and audio guide were great allies to enjoy the visit. The Galleria dell’Accademia is impressive, especially the David of Michelangelo. An important tip: be aware of the gallery’s closing hours (18:30). We entered at 5:00 p.m. and ended up unable to see everything with the calm we would like. If possible, choose an earlier time to take advantage of the experience. Still, it was worth it!
I recommend the Accademia for David sculpture alone. I would definitely save precious vacation time by getting timed 'Skip the Line' entry. It is unbelievable that people do not know about this feature and wait in line for hours.
it was wonderful because it was suggested to us that we go in at 5 o'clock less crowded got lucky cause where we got our tickets. There was an office right next-door and they were able to get us in earlier and it was wonderful. I'm definitely should have an audio you use your own headsets and you've download QR code. It's much better than trying to do it yourself or even have a tour you can go with your own pace.
Make sure to go to the travel office to get the ticket. You cant use the voucher on your phone to get it. Would be really nice if that step wasn't necessary as it is a huge waste of time.
Excellent sculpture and art museum! Go early, get skip the tickets. Crowded, but everyone is polite!
We had a good experience, however as with all venues in Florence the crowds were hard to navigate as the museum is relatively small.
Easily managed experience. The statue of David alone was worth the visit. The skip the line tickets went as planned. We spent a total of 5 minutes from our arrival until we entered .

Office is close to entrance so made the process very easy. Gentleman who helped us was friendly and explained the process to get in very well.
