Our experience at coco bongo was unlike anything we have experienced before and would definitely recommend to anyone considering booking!

We were picked up on time at resort, didn’t take long to get there! Lots of staff outside directing people where to go depending on ticket purchased! We got cheapest ticket with express pass ! I have to say we weren’t impressed with the girl on the desk, she wasn’t very helpful or happy ! We didn’t bring ID our fault for not reading small print but it was obvious we were over 18 ! But once inside we had a dedicated server who took us to our area with what l thought was great view of the whole show , always made sure we were ok and always had a drink! All the staff inside were fantastic from the servers to the staff looking after the toilets! The show was amazing , dancers fantastic ! You are guaranteed a brilliant night and l would recommend the cheap tickets so you can dance and go up on the stage in between acts .

Arrived early at 8.15 with Gold member tickets. Initially sent up the escalator to nowhere, then one queue which when we got to the desk sent us to another. Eventually got through to the area which said Gold member entrance, but after some time was sent to the other side, thus joining a huge queue and eventually got in 75 minutes after arrival. We ended up on the top bench with zero air con and a crap view. If you want to watch 80% videos with the odd 60 second show. Plus audience cams of girls the cameraman fancies, plus watching people having tequila poured down their throats, then this is the place for you. Overhyped and overpriced!

I did not enjoy my experience here at all. The venue was vastly overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to move around comfortably or actually enjoy the environment. Instead of a vibrant atmosphere, it just felt chaotic, claustrophobic, and poorly managed. To make matters worse, the overall tone of the entertainment and the crowd's behavior was surprisingly vulgar. The lack of refinement and respect completely ruined the evening for me. I was expecting a much higher-quality experience, but it turned out to be an uncomfortable and frustrating disappointment. I definitely will not be returning.

The place is not privileged and “premium” drinks do not include Heineken beer. A huge pilastra interferes with the view of the show on the track and in the air, you can only see where the screen is... it is not worth the value, because even being in a place that they sell as good, to stay in the good they want you to pay more 180 dollars per person... Bad experience.

We booked 2 VIP tables for a party of 10 people directly with Coco Bongo. Arrived and checked in around 22.00. Showed my drivers licence as photo ID because this is required by the booking terms and conditions. My Chase debit card does not have the card number printed on it so I had to share the digital debit card on my phone. The staff at check in took a photo of both. I didn't question it as they did it in front of me and it appeared to be a requirement per the booking terms and conditions. Couple of hours laters, several fraudulent transaction were made and over £1,000 stolen from my Chase current account. Obviously, the member of staff who took the photo of my card and ID either used the info themselves or sold it to a criminal 3rd party. Coco Bongo Management have done nothing about it because the money was not stolen by the Club itself. Although they have responsibility for the actions of their staff, they still do not care; they are employing crooks. Chase Bank are investigating on my behalf. WARNING: DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD; DO NOT LET THEM TAKE PHOTOS OF IT. THEY ONLY NEED TO CHECK THAT THE LAST 4 DIGITS MATCH TO THE BOOKING. The show itself is mildly entertaining in a trashy sort of way. I do not recommend it - overall an overpriced bad experience.

We booked Goldmember. The visibility was terrible. Before each performance, one must watch 60 minutes of old music clips plus live images of the guests. The promised premium drinks are hidden under the bar and only served upon request. Overall, not worth the €160 at all. Very poor and disappointing.

We booked the VIP gold experience which cost £667 for 4 people. Very disappointing experience. It felt far more like a crowded 18–30s nightclub than the premium show experience advertised. The food was inedible and the “premium” drinks definitely didn’t taste premium. Overall, very overrated and nowhere near worth the money we paid. We bought 4 pictures and this was £140. Crazy!! Staff were slow, lacking enthusiasm and rudely requested we tip them. Have been twice before and loved it. Will not return.

We were at the site last night and the experience was stressfully frustrating and frightening in the face of the treatment paid to us clearly for being Brazilian. We stayed in the gold sector, another thing that I do not indicate, because in addition to being very away from the stage they favor those who want with the best places to sit, and the waiters are ‘pushing’ expelling to give place to more favored customers especially the accompanied girls of the programs that has in the house and are many! The show of very low level, disappointing tbm in front of expectation, even the theatre / show of the resort that we are delivered much more, very expensive, not worth and I as a Brazilian I will never return to this place and if I had read so many other reports of Brazilian here I would not even have bought because with this I saw that it is not an isolated case Money thrown out!!!!!!!!! Guardians totally unprepared and xenophobic to the Brazilians, seems more is a putero that Besides the sellers who stay at the door poorly educated when you ask for information begin to give laugh in your face, total lack of respect. Poor quality drink and the open bar is not what is ever sold. I recommend the bars on the sides, more accessible and better visited, we left directly from there for a..

Paid for front row golden tickets. Seats were great for view of the stage. Table service was nonexistent, one server for 80 people, and not once did they ask if we wanted a drink. Ended up going the bar every time we wanted a drink. Not a big deal, but when you pay over $300 for tickets for a premium service, you expect at least a basic level of service. Zero stars. Expensive, poor food and drinks, abysmal service.
