Impressed by the experience and knowledge of Captain Chaos! It was a very hot day and didn’t see a lot of gators but we were still able to find some! Fabulous is what I am going to say!
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Never in my life have I been mistreated by a business like I did here. I was told I would be picked up from my hotel at 8:55 and at 8:25 I got a call saying that my driver is waiting for me. I explained that I was told 8:55 and my girlfriend isn’t done getting ready. I was told “Well everyone else is waiting for you so get here as fast as you can”. Once we got to the van our driver Mark told us everyone has been waiting for us and I explained to him that we were told 8:55 and he said “somebody was lying to him” either the company or me. Once we got to the park Mark told us we had 30 minutes to use the restroom and walk around until our boat ride. I went to use the restroom and as I was walking out I observed Mark yelling at my girlfriend and my girlfriend told me that they lied about it being 30 minutes. Mark then began to yell at me telling me to get to the boat. As I walked to the boat Mark continued to yell at me telling me to hurry up (I’m 28 and I run everyday so I already walk fairly quick). After the boat ride I told Mark NEVER to yell at my girlfriend or any women in general and NEVER to yell at another man because that’s disrespectful and his Mother taught him better than that. Mark eventually apologized but refused to take me to his manager because his manager will not apologize and just blame me even though I did nothing wrong. He also states that his job is already on the line and if I talk to the manager he will get fired. After the alligator show we were also rushed to get back onto the van to go back to our hotel.
Great Experience! Captain Anna (Pink Boat), Great Character, Witty, Passionate, and Knowledgeable. Very Enjoyable & Educational Trip! 👍
The experience was enjoyable overall; however, it felt a bit unorganized. There was a lot of standing around without a clear flow of events. In 100-degree weather, having people sit and wait for extended periods became frustrating. Better organization and a more efficient schedule would have made the experience much more enjoyable.
Nice and organized place. We had captain Nadiem, he was very friendly and informative. Loved the care of the staff, food, and the essentials we could find at the shop. Great place! The home made ice cream was fantastic!
The staff was friendly and helpful. That was it. You can’t even imagine how disappointing the boat ride was after driving all the way down to the Everglades. I expected the airport to go flashing through the marshes at 40+ miles an hour seeing all kinds of wildlife alligators snakes. The air went so slow though a man-made canal. We saw two tiny alligators, and three birds. And one of the alligators looked fake. We can see the dock that we took off from during the whole tour. Several kids slept through the whole airport ride. There was absolutely nothing going on.
Bring water and wear a hat (especially for long hair ladies) and sunblock. Try the gator bites - they are divine. Might want hearing protection, fan boats can get loud.
Don't go when it's hot. The tour operator couldn't go more than a moderate crawl because of the "low water level" so that the passengers got almost no breeze.
Airboat ride was great just wish it was longer and more separated from the other airboats. We did see gators so that was awesome. Our captain, Nadim, was great! The alligator talk was informative but we expected more interaction with the gators so weren’t impressed with it. Gift shop had a good variety of souvenirs and snacks. Wish we would have had more time to eat and try the gator bites. Our bus driver and guide p(Anthony) were also awesome!
Had a great time. Our guide, Nasim, we informative and funny - get him if you can.
