Ofrecemos traslado privado de aeropuerto a ciudad o de ciudad a aeropuerto al mejor precio con espera gratuita en el punto de recogida y con chofer profesional. Una vez que llegues, el chofer te llevará al auto, una vez que el pasajero esté a bordo te llevará al hotel o destino según lo planeado. Habrá agua y cargador proporcionado en el coche. El conductor también le dará información sobre el recorrido por la ciudad si es la primera vez que visita Estocolmo y le gusta explorarla. Somos flexibles en base a nuestra disponibilidad y en la planificación previa si el pasajero necesita cambiar de viaje, le ayudaremos a hacerlo sin costo adicional, pero en base a nuestra disponibilidad.

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign. It was a car restricted area and we had to walk a block to our hotel. He said we could wait till it passed because he didnt want us getting soaked. So nice.

Very informative and interactive tour. Our tour guide Gaya was great. She was very knowledgeable and energetic. Provided great info. Very good way to get broad, general information about the old town area.

Our driver was extremely unfriendly which was not great with how early we had to get picked up with young kids. I had suggested a later pick up time- and was told it was over an hour to the airport. It took us 35 mins so we arrived extremely early. Gave a tip and the guy started laughing at me. Really bad driver

We do not recommend this car service!! For a week prior to our trip I received multiple emails, texts and phone calls from this vendor requesting our arrival information in Stockholm. I provided that information in response to each request (a least 6 times). I also received calls from Viator requesting the same information because apparently the Vendor was completely unable to understand this simple flight information which I had provide multiple times. So, when we arrived at Stockholm’s beautiful airport, the driver was no where to be found! Frustrating to say the least! We then had to take a taxi to our hotel in central Stockholm. I still don’t know if Trip Advisor/Viator charged me for that fiasco! If so, it will be the last time I use their travel services!!!

We had 2 reservations booked because we had a group of 5 with a nice amount of luggage....only problem (1 car - the one associated with this reservation) didn't show up....didn't even respond to our message until 2hrs after the pickup time, at which time we'd already gotten alternative transportation....how I'm looking for where to request a refund. The car that showed up was GREAT once we found him/he found us.
