Lovely relaxing cruise with plenty of information about Stockholm and the archipelago. Our guide, Matilda, was perfect giving a nice balance between commentary with some humour as well.
Boat was old with lots of obstructive views and very noisy engine. Tour guide was good and was interesting
Due to tripadvisors direction i went to where I was told to go as I had double checked with tripadvisor on a chat session and was told to go across the street from the diplomat hotel to slips 14 through 16 stood in the que I was unable to board as I was sent to the wrong operator and ship.... I had received my ticket via email well. In advance and wanted confirmation of where I was going as when I went on to my account on the tripadvisor website.This trip does not even show. The correct location was about a mile away, but the ship had left by the time the people from stroma and whoever the other operator was, the ship had sailed. They did offer an afternoon sailing. But I had made reservations at other locations and was able unable to go. Not only am I out the price of the ticket but also thirty five dollars in uber fees from my hotel and return.
Matilda was a great tour guide - knowledgeable, very chatty and friendly. After a day of walking around Stockholm, it was great to just sit back and enjoy the scenery.

From the friendly ticket seller to the guard checked me in (I did not ask for him name but I remember he mentioned he was from Alberta) every RIDE staff member was welcoming, warm and efficient. Our guide on board was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing great stories about Stockholm’s history and also modern stories, The captain navigated smoothly, making for a comfortable, scenic ride. A truly great experience thanks to a team that clearly cares. Highly recommend!
