Reprograma en cualquier momento sin cargos. Es una búsqueda de carroñeros, escape room, y rastreo urbano todo en uno. Sigue la historia de la ciudad mientras encuentras pistas y las usas para descifrar códigos. A continuación, introduce soluciones en la aplicación para saber a dónde ir a continuación. Las pistas pueden estar en cualquier lugar - murales, estatuas, monumentos y mucho más! Played escapely as a gift. Lots of fun and good exercise!
We have done three of these! SF (SOMA), San Jose, and LA (Little Tokyo). I can honestly say that it can be difficult to find activities that keep my adult and teen kids interested can be difficult. These are wonderful! Everyone is engaged, we are working together! We are outside and getting exercise! It is a great way to explore a place you know (we are from the SF area) or to get to know a new spot (we had never been to the LA or San Jose areas). We HIGHLY recommend these experiences!
We had such a great time with the Escapely game! It took us around parts of San Jose we’re already very familiar with, but helped us see those spaces in a completely new way. We loved stopping into the different shops along the route, and it was really nice being able to go at our own pace instead of feeling rushed. We did it on Valentine’s Day, and it ended up being the perfect activity for the day. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something fun and a little different to do in the city.
The overall experience is interesting. 1.During the game we explored the city, some areas we probably won’t visit at all but because of the game we found they are interesting. 2. The overall flow of the puzzles are logical and the storyline makes sense. 3. It is really good for exercise. But there are a couple of things I wish the designers could down better. 1.There are homeless people around the area which causes some safety concerns during our playing. 2.we found 4 out of 6 puzzles are enjoyable. One of them is because of the color code is misleading, one of them I feel has nothing to do with the environment, which is disappointing. 3. We wish the clue can be more specific to a location vs. the intersection of 2 street.
We had family come into town who are considering moving to the area and wanted to get to know downtown San Jose. We had 6 family members ranging in age from 13 to 63 and everyone had fun. This outdoor escape game was a great way to show them downtown on foot and for them to see the highlights. Everyone enjoyed it and we found it challenging. We used some of the hints when we got stuck on solving something. We enjoyed all the different places we visited and the puzzles we had to solve along the way. I don’t want to spoil the game by giving away any of the stops, but we especially enjoyed those times when all 6 of us were busy looking for solutions to the puzzle. At one point we were all consumed finding answers and calling out letters to one another. It was great fun, great exercise, and gave our family a really good introduction to downtown San Jose and all it has to offer! We would all recommend the outdoor escape room experience!
This is my family's 3rd escape the city by escapely, and they never disappoint! The puzzles in this one were definitely harder than the other two cities we did (NYC, SF). But once you figure out what to do, our 7-yr-old had lots of fun helping complete the challenges! This one is a little heavy on the walking, so make sure to budget several hours... more if you stop somewhere for lunch.
Amazing, did this as a couple, highly recommend it for a date. Trust me dude they will take good care of you. Also if you do pickup they will give you a restaurant or othe location to pick it from the next day.
Loved the experience. Absolutely fantastic. Just be ready for enough cardio! :) Only if they could shuffle the order so that groups (via same bookings) don't crash at the exact same place, that would be great.
Lots of walking, more than expected. Definitely recommend doing during daytime and or with some form of quick transportation.
The San Jose escape game was a ton of fun with friends. You get to enjoy the outdoors and actually pay attention to all the interesting things in the city that you typically walk by and don't notice. It's self-paced, interactive through the app and game cards and tools, and lends itself to some great photos along the way. With a group of 5, it's easy for everyone to contribute throughout the game as they want to. It took just over 2 and a half hours at a leisurely pace, with breaks. Bring a backpack with some snacks, get some comfy shoes on, and make it an adventure.
