Very efficient self-guided tour of the Vatican Museum, & Sistine chapel… She will walk you right up to the front of the line and into the building.

DO NOT use Viator. There is a good chance that you will NOT be happy with your experience. They use third parties that are not trustworthy and then do not stand behind their products and brand. There are too many good travel agencies providing tours that want your business to risk this. I booked two tickets with Viator for my 18 year old daughter and her friend to see the Vatican at 9am in Saturday July 4th. The instructions said to arrive 30 minutes early. It was for "skip the line". She arrived almost one hour early and turned her vouchers in for tickets and then walked about 1 kilometer to the Vatican only to be told after standing in a very long line in the heat that someone had already used those tickets at 8:39am. My daughter called us in America telling this and then walked back to get more tickets. The third party company, "Dream Awaits Tours" was not going to do anything but we called Viator and they called them. So Dream Awaits Tours finally gave them more tickets and was extremely rude in the manner in which they spoke to my daughter. They denied this to Viator but my daughter had me on the phone and I could hear them. They were insulting in ways that I would not speak to an animal this way. My daughter had to walk back to the Vatican with tickets that said 9:30am but had to wait through another long line in the heat and finally did get in over one hour late. I failed to mention that this scam company "Dream Awaits Tours" called me the day before three times on a phone number from Ghana, Africa telling me that they wanted to change my daughter's tickets from 9am to 10am. I said absolutely not because we had booked other tours with another travel agency for immediately following her Vatican tour so she had no time. Apparently This "Nightmare Awaits Tours" had over booked their 9am bookings and still went ahead to move my daughter and her friends tours for later anyway causing these issues. Bottom Line Viator sided with them and not the Customer.

Best host in the world!! Our train from Civitavecchia Train station was canceled and we had to book the next train. We met up and were given instructions on what to do and got in without any idea. Amazing and greatly appreciated!! ❤️

This was a complete waste of a day in Rome, long exhausting queues, ticket collection was a joke, skip the line was impossible as the organisation at the entry was chaos. To be herded through multiple Museums which all looked the same. By the time we reached the Sistine Chapel we were too tired to care and found it underwhelming.

Lydia was super friendly & helpful in making sure we found the meeting point. The communication was genuinely excellent. Thanks so much for leading us straight to the front of the huge queue!

Booking was easy and the process was smooth. Agent was friendly and professional. Highly recommend for short notice bookings.

We were not contacted that the tickets were altered to 9:15 vs 9:00. The Vatican Museum needs every minute you have.

First my appointment was for 09:00. As everybody knows, no tourist has all day free time and you need to have a fixed schedule in order to be able to visit the places you would like to. My appointment though was moved for 12:30 after half an hour waiting. The reason the lady from who I bought the service I am writing a review for gave me - the official website of Vatican museums wasn’t working and we have to wait for her to buy them. Dear tourists, just buy simple ticket “skip the line” from the official website - it’s the same you will get, but exactly 3 times cheaper. And on top - your schedule wont be ruined.

We waited at the ticket office for our guide and then she led us to the lines, skipping all the long ones! We got in around 9:35, our time was at 9, but we got in super quickly. Lydia was a great guide and got us there.

We had the experience through Dream Awaits Tours in Rome, Italy. It was a spectacular experience. I truly appreciated our tour guide/host waiting for us and then personally taking us to the entry area at the Vatican Museums. She walked us and instructed us about the rest of the tour. It was very organized and we had skip the line tickets which was worth it. I couldn't be more pleased with the organization, friendliness and expertise of this organization. Don't hesitate to book them..
