Con solo mirar las vistas panorámicas del Malahat SkyWalk, los visitantes se quedan asombrados al instante. La sorprendente torre en espiral de 10 pisos lleva a los visitantes a 250 m sobre el nivel del mar para disfrutar de vistas de 360 grados de islas, fiordos, bosques y montañas. La pasarela elevada de 600 m que conduce a la torre coloca a los visitantes entre las imponentes copas de los árboles de madroños y abetos de Douglas de la costa oeste. Y los amantes de las emociones fuertes pueden atravesar la red en la parte superior del SkyWalk y volar por el tobogán en espiral "famoso en Instagram" dentro de la torre. Sumérgete en la naturaleza virgen: una montaña escarpada y boscosa, muy por encima del mar de Salish. Asciende por la rampa en espiral hasta la cima de la aventura. A 250 m sobre el nivel del mar, la torre ofrece algunas de las mejores vistas de la isla de Vancouver, incluido un panorama amplio del monte Baker, el brazo Finlayson, la península de Saanich y las islas de dos países. Explore la costa oeste desde una perspectiva completamente nueva y luego elija su descenso con una caminata de regreso por la rampa o tome la ruta rápida en nuestro tobogán en espiral. El madroño, o madroño del Pacífico, parece maravillosamente exótico con su suave madera chartreuse cubierta por una corteza rojiza como el papel. Crece en costas rocosas y, en primavera, da flores blancas que huelen a miel. En otoño, las bayas rojas ayudan a alimentar a muchas de las aves y vida silvestre local. Amazing experience. Very easy, scenic walk to the ‘tower’, even with strollers. Also easy walk to the top. There are three options (included): walking out onto small glass platform; walk onto large elastic floor with slight bounce, and/or slide down a tube (much of the way down). I tend to fear heights and enclosed spaces but had NO trouble doing all of these. We are in our 70s and enjoyed everything as much as the kids around us. There was also a bird (raptor?) talk and demonstration. Staff was very helpful and encouraging. Plan to spend about 1 1/2 hours to enjoy.
The views are fantastic. Such a beautiful area Be sure to wear long sleeves. I was brave and went down the slide but got off balance on the first right hand turn and got a couple minor skin burns

Our family was visiting from the US, and we decided to do this mid-day. The hike was amazing. The views were incredible. The walk along the path was easy despite the weather being slightly hot. The slide down was super fun!!! The free activities were good for kids. Highly recommend it.
This experience was everything it said it would be, boardwalk walk through the trees, spiral incline up and amazing views along the way! Be adventurous and take the slide down, it was worth it!!

It is very special and nice - the entry tickets are a bit too pricy. We did not book it but just went there by ourselves. Stunning views, lots of nice things to see and explore. Overall the price is a bit too high, bit still worth going to see it.
This is a unique experience. Beautiful views. Just happy we got there early before the crowds and before the rain. It was a cloudy day but still very cool. We did rent a car rather than take a tour bus.
Super cool place. Amazing views. You can do this quick or spend your time doing some of the activities throughout the property.
It's easy to find, just a 30-minute ride from Victoria. There is plenty of parking, and you are going to enjoy the walk-up. Beautiful carvings on the way up and a view on the top to die for. Going down even better, you take a slide. Super fun.
