The tour is best if you include pick-up and drop off from hotel. The tour takes you to marina bay hotel with its beatiful mall. The light and sound show starts around 9 pm, be prepared to stand in one location for almost an hour. Go early, at least 30 minutes before the show in order to secure a spot by the railing, thus having an unobstructed view.
Very expensive for just a view, especially at so called peak times. Much better to just book a rooftop restaurant in the area.

Peak time pricing is set based on high demand hours, especially during sunset and evening slots when the views are most popular. We scheduled our tour for the 6:30 pm slot, paid more as it is peak hour, marinabut they closed the observation deck due to lightning occurrence. The view deck was reopened @ 8pm, hence it is dark already. I am disappointed since I was not able to take aerial view of Singapore pre dawn.

We understand your disappointment in missing the pre-dawn view, especially during a peak-hour booking. Please note that once conditions are safe, access is resumed as per the attraction’s operations. Very limited access to the top floor of the hotel. Views were amazing but it was also extremely hot. In my opinion not worth the money spent.

We would like to clarify that the access provided is exactly as per the ticket inclusions and is controlled by the venue authorities. The experience includes access to designated areas of the top floor, which is standard for this ticket type. Regarding the weather conditions, the heat is beyond our control, especially during peak seasons, and it may affect the overall experience. However, the customer did receive the full service as described, and the views mentioned were enjoyed as part of the experience.
Very well organised, worth the money, shops and cafes expensive but 5 star & well worth it ,would love to go again
