Make sure you have a qr code or you won’t get access. Viator please ensure you send qr code with tickets as voucher ref is not sufficient. The staff at the Dubai Balloon were excellent and phoned on our behalf to Royal Smart Tourism who send the code to us. The Balloon ride was great thanks to the Pilot T who photos for me, loved the views and music. Wish was longer.
Beautiful beaches, balloons slowly climbing in the best weather, and the panoramic view of Palm Jumeirah was amazing! They said the balloon was helium, not a hot air balloon!
A great experience ! Stunning views of The Palm, Atlantis hotel and back to the marina. Definitely worth it ! Would highly recommend this
I took the hot air balloon ride at Atlantis with my fiancé and it was amazing! We got to see Dubai from a completely new perspective, The bird's eye view was truly magical. The experience was so serene and peaceful, and the views of the city were breathtaking.
Not too expensive... remember you're getting bird eye views of Dubai. I hope you guys will enjoy the ride, it's totally safe.
Good thing to experience in Dubai but not the compulsory. I love this very much because I don't want to walk on roads instead that's why I chose floating option.
We came on last Saturday morning we were expecting crowd but to our surprise there was no queue and we were only 3 on board. After the ride there's a cafe overlooking the monorail and the balloon.
December is unforgettable due to our Dubai tour. If you guys want something thrilling then you must try this because this is the experience that is unmatched.

this I came Dubai with my family , they enjoy A lot . a delightful excursion above Dubai landmarks ! the Burj al Arab and the Dubai balloon. its not just an observation Point ; its an immersive experience . safe enjoyable and conveniently located at Atlantis - a must for those seeking a memorable adventure
