Disaster. You pay a three weeks in advance and you have tickets for 10 o’clock, and than you stay in queue for more than two hours. Wtf?! If i pay, i would like to get a great experience. Too much people, I don’t understand why they sell so much tickets, if they don’t manage to have so much people here. HERE in Dubai Its all about the money and “the most beautiful” “the highest” “the elites”. Shame on you! And they don’t have the sistem either. Or is it so bad, that you can’t believe how it is even working.
Burj khalifa was worth a visit but the queue was ridiculous. Never ending & very very slow. Views were great but then you had to queue to get back out! Get a fast track ticket, we wished we had! Aquarium was excellent & underwater zoo was fabulous, pay to see the penguins up close, you get to stroke them. We wished we’d booked & had time for the otter experience, & if you do the stingray experience you get to feed them. These didn’t seem to be advertised on Viator, if they had, we’d have booked!
I've been to all the "tallest" buildings in the world but I've never experienced this before! Although organized, 3 hours waiting time! Never again!
Stunning Aquarium and watching people dive in between sharks even with a guide. I didn't see fish eating each other like they should be in the ocean.
Amazing Modern Structure, what has been built is really worth seeing up close, the whole experience was lovely with everything being well organised. The view is amazing! Check the time before you purchase tickets as there are off peak prices as well. The lift ride up to the 124th level is a great experience in itself
The Burj Kalifa is certainly worth going up and having tickets ahead of going was certainly a bonus in jumping the queue. However we found the Aquarium under whelming and a disappointment. I certainly would not advise doing it. I would also alert all that finding where to pick up the tickets needs to more clear as we struggled to find where to go despite asking directions
Honestly I was expecting it to be better than what this was. I mean the people have no patience and try to push you. You have to wait in the most ridiculously long line and the line coming back down was even worse. I would’ve not went and just took the pictures from outside. Pay for the skip the line trust
Its okay. I wouldn't do the aquarium again since you can see preety much everythink from the shopping center.
Great ticket to see two great attractions. Would recommend good value for money. Well organised need about an hour and a half to visit the Burj. Aquarium was much more than we expected great range of species.
The Burj khalifa is absolutely not worth it. The queue (on a Friday morning) took over 90 minutes to get up even though I had a pre-booked ticket and slot. I would absolutely not recommend it. By the time I got to the top of the Burj, it was really crowded and believe it or not, I had to queue to leave again. The aquarium and underwater zoo was really fun though, I would recommend that.
