I bought the premium ticket that is entitled to free drinks and snacks. But this is the most “simple” entry. Since arriving in the queue we were harassed by employees wanting to sell VIP passes to not wait in the queue - l (which they themselves create by not opening the place at the time it says is open) - 23 dollars per person. They also tried to sell the experience with table, chair, cabinet (there were more than 10 approaches by different employees at different prices that cost up to $250 more than the premium ticket). I thought it was enough to deny. From the moment we denied, we became hostile, not allowing us to stay near the bar, which was the only place that was not a reserved VIP space). All the time I felt that I was not welcome for denying additional. The bartenders who attended the premium ticket (my one) were super careful. And the show is very beautiful (if you can find a place to stop and watch). Extremely crowded place. It is a very tired “walk” we arrived at 8:00 (time indicated by our agency) and we left at 2:00 (when the last show was over).

É inaceitável que a equipe tenha abordado você de forma tão insistente para vender pacotes VIP e experiências adicionais, especialmente depois de você já ter pago pelo ingresso premium, que incluía bebidas e petiscos ilimitados. O desrespeito e a hostilidade que você recebeu após se recusar a comprar qualquer serviço adicional são imperdoáveis. No entanto, é lamentável que o local estivesse tão lotado e que a experiência tenha se tornado cansativa. Estamos relatando a situação ao departamento de atendimento ao cliente do Coco Bongo para que eles tomem as medidas necessárias para melhorar esse aspecto do serviço.
My experience was very easy and fast from the purchase of my tickets with Know Yours, the attention of the team was quick and without inconvenience. Arriving at the club everything was quick to redeem my tickets and overall Incredible experience, the light show, the music to dance all night super varied and the surprises you get with each show is worth it! Agency 100% recommended!

From finding the attraction on Viator to finishing up at 3 a.m. the morning after, the process was seamless and stress free. The agent from Viator answered questions promptly and all documents were sent timely. I greatly recommend not only Coco Bongo but Viator as well
