The queues for those without tickets were massive so definitely worth having a timed entry slot. Arrived at the appointed time and were shown to a line, waited 20 mins or so and then entry was at the time booked. Process was quick and once inside, it didn't feel overcrowded. Only given four stars as we had booked for 11.30am. The tickets were sent at 8pm the night before and our slot had been changed to 12.30. Might not matter to some but we had something else arranged later in the day and this left us more rushed than we would have liked. Museum is really, with loads to see - you can easily spend a few hours there.
I was sent the tickets through WhatsApp the day before, no problem, but the company had changed my tour time from 10:30 am to 11:00 am without telling me, and no apology.
Tour was wonderful. But they didn’t send tickets until I messaged them. Then it was for 30 minutes later. It was raining and a lot of confusion. Cost was good. And able To go thur on our own time
Expensive but worth it if you don’t have an advance ticket and need one. We jumped past a multi-hour line and got immediate access using the shortest of the three lines to get in. The museum was truly amazing, but very crowded. So be prepared to deal with hundreds of other people moving through the museum with you. You can take as much time as you need, but have to navigate through the crowd.
