Our guide was wonderful, very informative and easy to understand. This is the only way to tour the Vatican as the crowds are huge.

Was excited about visiting the Vatican but unfortunately the guide was very monotone and seemed to just going through the motions rather than show any passion about the museum. Disappointed with the tour guide but the museum is worth a visit.
does the tour guide did not offer you lunch or coffe? or denied to do a whole day long tour as you wanted !
Excellent guide, great skip the line process. Pity this didn’t had also the St.Peter’s basilica included.

The Vatican and Sistine Chapel are awe inspiring. The tour added nothing to the beauty of the places. Our earphones did not work. The guide gave some information on the works of art and tapestries but when we got the the Sistine Capel we were left on our own. We have gone on tours in the past that had guides who took time to explain the significance of the individual sections of the ceiling.
do you expect guide spent her whole day with you? our tour takes 2.30 hours which is standard time duration for a informative tour with all important highlights just dont make complaints about whatever you have in life
I am currently on the tour... the guide has told us she does not do the tour to st. Peters basilica. This tour states we are able to go into st Peter's basilica. The guide isn't able to go in so we are unable to. I would imagine you will be getting a lot of emails about wrong information given.
which part of this tour told you have paid for the basilica as it is a church ? it offered as an extra when passage remains open we get in without line there but if remains close by the authority for everyone its close
A little chaotic at first but came through with a nice tour and an excellent job of skipping long lines! Would definitely recommend
thanks for this comments the day you traveled were the busiest day of the year 14 th aug because 13,15,16 aug closing day so lots of travellers are expected . we are bit sad to see loosing one star without knowing the reason 🥹
Pretty disappointed with the experience. I mean, the logistics of booking were okay and our tour guide was good BUT we still had to wait in line quite some time. This tour was a huge group. My hubby (who had a cane because he hurt his foot) straggled behind and had a very difficult time keeping up. We weren’t offered any alternatives whether to slow the pace a bit or take an elevator or offer a wheelchair. Although kids were welcomed on the tour and charged nearly full price, the tour guide did not acknowledge them or even offer any tidbits of info that might be interesting for them. For the price we paid, we should have just showed up, purchased tickets and gone at our own pace.
why you booked a group tour if you need wheelchair or bla bla ? you could have save more money by standing in the line when you are in group tour you need to think of other 24 pax too and as you completed the tour with bad leg it means pace was fare enough please do not just write whatever you want to
