Por favor, cambie su vale Viator por el boleto de entrada oficial en nuestro punto de encuentro ubicado en Vicolo del Farinone 23, Roma. Indicaciones : Desde la estación de metro de Ottaviano (Línea A), camine por Via Ottaviano hacia Piazza Risorgimento, luego gire a la derecha en Via di Porta Angelica. Después de entrar en la Piazza San Pietro, tome la primera a la izquierda en Vicolo del Farinone. El número de dirección 23 estará a su izquierda.

We were there early (9:30) and we were the only two in our group. Tour guides were young & friendly - they took several pics for us and explained things clearly in good English. The intake employees outside the Castle was really nice too and one pointed out a special exhibition on the second floor which we loved. The beginning of the passage tour has a really nice informative video and the exhibition had a lot of informative media representations as well. The views from the Passetto di Borgo are _amazing_! Good for not having to stand in line. Tour guide was nonexistent. Do your research before.

Company called and cancelled the tour the day before. Hope I get my $ back. Have been wanting to see Castle St Angelo for years. I feel cheated

It was very cool to walk through the Passetto di Borgo and nice to have a private entrance to the Castel Sant’Angelo. It’s not really a tour, but they do give you some details along the way. It was fun experience!

It was just an entry ticket to go thru the passage. There was no commentary during the walk, you just watch a short video at the end of the passage then you enter the castle and you are on your own.

It was very disappointing, it was a very fast tour without any information given. Definitely a poor value for money.

The guide did not introduce herself or speak during the tour. I feel like I did not learn anything about the passage or the Castel.

Check in was disorganized. Unguided tour with no direction from the person guiding us down the path. Arrival at church with no direction and we did not return to place where tour began.

Catastrophic Carpet seller and crooks Due to a delay beyond our control (change of the good viator at the ticket office by which lasted 20 min) we were refused entry and we were asked to repay 22€ per person (group of 7...)
Much better to just buy tickets straight from the Castle itself. Viator just charges you more and you have to go to a separate office just to get the tickets, then go to the Castle. In addition, the people in the office directed us the wrong way, which added a 30 minute walk by the time we made it to the correct entry. Do not recommend
