The excursion itself is amazing, Upper Antelope is like a movie. However, the hike under the sun is tough and another negative point is that they changed the Navajo fee from $5 to $15 overnight.
Overall the tour lasted 25 minutes for the antelope canyon itself. The whole thing was almost a scam. The tour was super rushed. It was not an experience- rather than take a 3 second photo let’s go. (And they take the photos) you can’t stay behind or pose alone anywhere. By the time you turn around another tour guide is right behind you already. The tour guide did take pics of people. He said I only do family photos so if you came together all of you take a photo together. We asked why can’t you take pictures of us individually and he said if you wanted photos alone you should’ve booked the tour alone. Overall super super rushed!!! Not worth the money spent on this tour. Book with their original website.

Had a fantastic experience touring Upper Antelope Canyon, and a huge part of that was our guide, Levi. He was personable, lighthearted, and kept the group comfortable from the start with jokes and conversation, which was especially nice since most of us didn’t know each other beforehand. I did the 10:40 a.m. tour in late May, and we were able to see the famous light beams coming through the canyon, which was incredible in person. Levi mentioned that even more light comes through after the summer solstice because of the sun’s positioning, but the timing of our tour still ended up being perfect for seeing them. He shared a lot of interesting information throughout the tour, spoke clearly and was easy to hear, and was incredibly helpful with photos along the way. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated that he offered to take pictures at some of the key spots in the canyon. He also showed us how to adjust filters/settings on our phones at the beginning so the canyon walls would photograph better, which honestly made a big difference. Overall, it was a super pleasant experience and one I’d absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Great tour - unbelievable canyon - pictures do not do it justice- you must see Upper Antelope Canyon

Upper Antelope Canyon was as beautiful as the pictures I had seen. Our guide, Dana, was Great. She helped us with filter setting on our phones that made pictures look beautiful. She gave us interesting information all through the tour. I enjoyed every minute of her show this beautiful tour of the canyon.
Julie was our guide and it was excellent. Easy hike down and canyon was amazing. Very cool history and beauty.
We flew to Phoenix and got a rental car. When we drove to Page for this tour, I got very bad altitude sickness when drove by Flagstuff. My Mom doesn’t speak English, so the restaurant manager called 911 and I was taken to ER. I can’t make to the tour on time, when I contact the company, I was told I had to call a number so I called. Then I was told this is a 3rd party booking and this company refused to give me a refund. My suggestion is, do NOT book from this 3rd party company, book from the real tour company. When I talked to the real tour company I was told they would give me a refund if I booked through them. Very bad experience! I’ll never book from 3rd party company anymore!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, and we are very sorry to hear about the difficult situation you went through, especially the altitude sickness and the emergency visit to the ER. We hope you have fully recovered and are feeling better now. Please refer to the booking page for detailed information regarding cancellations and amendments. We wish you good health and many better travel experiences ahead. Best regards,
The tour itself was great. However, the communication regarding how to get your tickets and where to go were terrible. The emails were not clear nor correct. It could be so easy to explain.
