Having lived half my life in the uk and then migrated to Australia, I’ve never visited Madam Tussaud’s, so to come across it as a tourist on Viator, we were pleasantly surprised and had the best time. If you’ve never been, you should give it a go.
Really enjoyed my day out for my birthday 🎁. I enjoyed everything at Madame Tussaud. Very impressed with all those famous people in wax. The black cab tour was amazing so do the Jumanji movie

Well worth a visit. Great wax figures with a ride and a Jumanji show also. Great family day out. The quality of the figures is amazing and there's so many. Something for everyone Busy on a Saturday!

The Madame Tussauds museum in London was the first of these museums that I visited. I had always thought that it was merely a few rooms with wax figures. However, I had not expected that the entire building would be designed so elaborately and variedly. Each room is decorated differently, which makes the museum incredibly versatile and interesting. I was particularly amazed by how real the wax figures look. There are many different theme areas and genres, so there is actually something interesting for every age. Additionally, there is a kind of "taxi ride" through the history of London as well as a 4D cinema. Overall, I was very enthusiastic about my visit and will definitely visit other Madame Tussauds museums in other cities and countries as well. We booked our admission tickets online before the entrance. Tickets are, however, also available directly on-site at the ticket counter. We walked through the museum at a leisurely pace and took about two hours to see everything in peace and without stress.

It was easy to pre-book our visit, the Museum have a handy pram parking area, so you go hands free! My two girls truly enjoyed discovering the characters of their favourite TV show, sport champions and historic figures. Could be more interactive with young children as a "hands on" experience. My oldest daughter also loved the Chamber of Horrors, which then triggered other questions about England "dark" years, but we run out of time to try the karaoke box (we will be coming back) Overall a great experience though and truly enjoyable when we "discovered" the ride to learn about history. Beautifully made statues and outstanding attention to details on the costumes and outfits. I like the fact that this a a family place but can also trigger questions about history, diversity and inclusion, which reminds us all at the end that "Everyone is welcome in London" from our lovely Paddington Bear. I highly enjoyed tge experience and will come back with our Annual Merlin pass - best thing ever invented! I decided not to post pictures because it is an experience that is better be done in person!

We visited this wax museum, booking directly from their site the day before. It is easily reachable by public transport. We spent about 2 hours inside the rooms, stopping to observe every single character and taking photos of the celebrities. In addition to the statues, there is a horror-themed path, which you can also choose not to visit, and two attractions (a dark ride that tells the history of Great Britain and a 4D video with a Jumanji theme).

I usually visit the museum once a year; as always, the experience was extraordinary—there are always changes and new statues. I really enjoyed the Jumanji attraction, and THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THE MESSI STATUE!!!—along with the many other new ones you've added. However, I would like to make a suggestion: England has been the birthplace of some of the greatest film actors of all time, and I believe many of them—even those who have passed away—deserve to be remembered in a museum for their cinematic legacy. I would greatly appreciate it if you could create statues of Maggie Smith and Alan Rickman, please; it is the wish of a simple fan. Thank you.
