I had high expectations for this trip, and I was not disappointed! Their self-guided audio tour is really informative. They also had several historical recreations of key parts of the Beatles’ lives - the music store where they bought their instruments, the Cavern Club where they played over 290 times, etc. It was a really fun experience and I would recommend it highly.
Thank you for your heartfelt feedback! We're pleased you thoroughly enjoyed the experience and appreciated the historical recreations. We hope to welcome you again! Thought this was an excellent tour. So much detail and interesting story of the Beatles. Highly recommend a trip here.
Thank you for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and found the story of The Beatles both interesting and informative. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you back to The Beatles Story again soon. 🎶🎸
A staged performance with audio. All fake. The Beatles Museum is better by far. Also visit The Cavern, which is very close by. A rip-off
My Daughter and myself have a shared love of the Beatles. We decided that this summer we would do a Beatles Tour of Liverpool. We did a bit of homework on which experiences we would get most from, and after a bit of debate, we opted for the Beatles Story Museum. It did not disappoint. A very well set up establishment, with audio guides provided. While these were excellent, the tight confines of the museum worked against the audio presentation. If a group stopped to listen to the full presentation as you moved along, it caused a backlog of people coming behind. And that is really my only criticism, albeit one which I could totally live with and not get annoyed about. This museum is great for kidd. Well lit, colourful and interactive. I'm very glad we chose this option. We will be back again to visit this museum and the next time, among the other exhibits in Liverpool. Great experience, well worth the admission and time.
Thank you so much for your review! We’re delighted to hear that you and your daughter enjoyed your Beatles experience and that The Beatles Story lived up to your expectations. It’s lovely to know that you found the museum colourful, interactive and enjoyable for visitors of all ages. We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the audio guides and the flow of visitors through the museum. We understand how this can sometimes cause a little congestion, and your comments are very helpful to us as we continue to look at ways to improve the visitor experience. We’re thrilled that you felt the experience was well worth the admission and your time, and we look forward to welcoming you both back to Liverpool for another Beatles adventure! A very good history of the Beatles. Great and friendly staff, good cafe and extensive shop. Would recommend this to all, even if the Beatles are not your favourite band.
Thank you, Keith, for your kind words and recommendation! We're delighted that you enjoyed the history, staff, and café during your visit. 🎶
This place tells the story of the Beatles, it is a experience, not a museum so don't expect a lot of original stuff from them. 4th of August 2026 , 23⁰ and the place is under the street level and close, it doesn't have any fans or air conditioner, I was drowning, couldn't enjoy properly, they put more people in there than it can fit. And what's the point to book a certain time if they let people at any time, the just asked us to meake a queue!! If you are a Beatles fan, you already know all of this !! Better go strawberry fields or take the magical Mystery tour bus.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your visit did not meet expectations. While some areas of the exhibition use recreations and immersive sets to help tell the story of The Beatles, we also display a number of significant original artefacts, including George Harrison's first guitar and the last piano John Lennon ever played. We're also sorry to hear that you found the attraction uncomfortable due to the temperature and visitor numbers. As the exhibition is largely underground, it is usually cooler during warmer weather, but on particularly busy summer days it can feel warmer than usual when there are a lot of visitors in the galleries at the same time. In response to similar feedback, we’ve also recently updated our online booking system. You can now see the remaining slots for each time window, giving you the option to choose less busy visiting times, which are often more pleasant. We're disappointed that you were unable to fully enjoy your visit, but we do appreciate your feedback and thank you for visiting The Beatles Story. Amazing, full of interesting information and visually excellent
Thank you, Anne, for sharing your experience. We're glad you appreciated the information and visuals during your visit. We hope to welcome you back soon!
This was my favorite Beatles thing I did in Liverpool. The museum was set up by John's sister and the audio guide includes commentary from Paul and others that truly knew the band and were a part of their history. It was so informative and the displays were excellent. Highly recommend!!
Thank you, Sarah, for your kind words! We're glad you enjoyed the museum and found the displays informative. Your support means a lot.
What a fabulous museum. We spent almost 3 hours going around using the audio guide (provided in entrance ticket price) as well as reading all the descriptions for all the exhibits as well as watching the various videos. Fortunately it was not too busy and so didn't feel crowded at any time. There are various areas to sit as you go around the various exhibits. The way the museum has been done, it very atmospheric. A not to be missed museum for anyone who loves the Beatles or who wants to know more about them. Not suitable for children under say 12 as they would soon get bored.
Thank you for sharing your detailed and thoughtful feedback! We're delighted you enjoyed your time exploring the museum. Your insights are highly valued by us and other visitors.
An excellent exhibition covering the history of the Beatles from schooldays to solo careers and beyond. As it is interactive and you have a device with different chapters of the story available you can really take your time and enjoy the tour at your own pace. Would recommend to everybody.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're glad you enjoyed exploring the history of the Beatles at your own pace with our interactive features. We hope to welcome you back one day ☺️
