We were really disappointed visiting here the following day after Ferrari world which we loved. We bought the photo pass but only managed one photograph so we asked for a refund. A lot of the rides had intermittent technical issues causing long queues. We only managed around 4 rides in 4 hours. The changing rooms were chaotic with little direction or help from staff. The lockers outside the changing rooms were also not working. When asking staff questions ie how to find certain rides or about photographs they gave vague info usually sounding like “over there”. Very disappointing - doesn’t give out the same vibe as Ferrari World.
Great place to have fun with family, esp kids. Friendly staff and well kept water park. Abhishek at fruit shack for super helpful. Recommend this place
Yas water world is so amazing all the ride is very nice and it’s not bc the quiet line I ride all the ride expecially the surfing area and thank you to Sagun and early and Anush Kenneth to assign ask in ticketing booth is very helpful and friendly
