The guide had a lot of issue finding me and communication was terrible. General entrance to Taj Mahal for tourists is 1300 inr, this tour is 2300 inr for this tour including the ticket. Regardless of this pretty high price for Indian measures, the guide kept on mentioning how people tip him great stuff and was trying to flex on me with which clients he had. I don’t really care, tell me sth about Taj Mahal please. After this he offered me a “cultural experience” which I naively thought would actually mean seeing some local craftsmanship but it was just a scammer jewellery shop, where the “crystals” we visibly plastic. After all this they took Me to their office and tried to arrange the rest of my trip through India despite me asking multiple times to be taken back where we met, and that I don’t want anything of this. After this slightly scary experience of being locked in an office with two stranger men I was told to write a positive review. Nothing happened to me but I felt really uncomfortable.
Greetings Anna Hope you are doing well . asking refund for the tickets are very common now days, we can surely understand that . we have tried multiple times to contact you but no response was there. tehn on the day of travel you called me from the entrance of the taj mahal (as you arrived on the very same day with one of your friend which was not included) . My guide reached you in 10 minutes .Secondly you went to the jwellery shop so that you can get the lift till to your bus stand for free , so do not blame us for that . Regarding the scaring thing about my office , we have been working for last 14 years and have been the best supplier for viator and tripadvisor and won multiple awards for our services . request you to please do not post such fake reviews for such a low amount which has not been charged by us. The price includes the viator platform fees also and guide services too .
I booked only the entrance ticket to Taj Mahal. The provider sent to me the ticket in the night before 11:15PM (the best time to visit is before 6AM). They could send me the ticket earlier.

There are no clear instructions. They just share the tickets and do not help with skipping the line as such. We had to stand in queue.
Dear Shreya Apologies for inconvenience. But I think you have got it wrong . For Indian tickets tehre is no skip the line and no guide be included in that. Please check the discription for the same . You have booked indian tickets . Request you to please remove the review.
It was a pleasant experience. Everthing went well as expected. The tour guide was very kind and experienced. They know the area very well so you don’t have to be worried for anything.

Really well done and accommodating. We were delayed by a day and the adjusted for us. No extra fees. Looked after us, and combination was excellent. In a mad busy city, they were excellent.

Great experience, professional guide. The tour guide was Sunny, met him at the gate and took the tour outside and inside the Taj Mahal. He was kind and willing to wait for pictures.

Very poor. I was told I would be contacted on the day by the tour guide. This never happened despite me chasing the agency numerous times the day before, no contact or instructions were given. Very unclear guidance provided, and when I informed Viator of this they wanted nothing todo with it and offered no refund. A shame, as there’s lots of good reviews too, but in my own experience it was shambolic and nearly spoilt my visit. After not hearing from them at 10pm the night before my 6am tour, I booked my own ticket on the website at additional expense. Luckily this meant I could still visit on a once in a lifetime trip

I have also told you that your guide will be there at 6 am and you have confirmed the same . I also share the chat between you and me to the viator thats why they havnt refunded you . You have cancelled the tickets at 10:15 Pm and we had a chat two time on th every same day first at 11:30 am and second time i have messaged you at 2:45 Pm and again at 6:38 pm i have confirmed the same to you . I was the one who has contacted you and followed up with you. I also had a detailed discussion on phone regarding the same but just to get refund you told the vaitor that no contact has been done and you need full refund . Viator has always been strict towards the supplier , if he finds any one single glitch in my services he would have refunded you at the very same time but as i told you i have given whats app screenshots of our conversation and viator is convinced with my proofs .
Rashid was a great tour guide! His English was very good and he had so many interesting facts and stories to share! He was very kind and patient when a bug flew in my eye & it didn’t come out til the very end of the tour 😂. I recommend!
