Great place, I was so amazed by it So much information and you definitely have to buy a train ride around the loop
Thank you for your lovely review! We're glad that you enjoyed your visit with us!
The museum was very out of the way. The actual exhibit was very limited and took about 10 minutes to get through. We booked the train tour in advance. It is very inflexible and we had to wait quite a bit and structure our entire day around it. When the train tour finally started, they took our family of four and shoved us in a tiny space back to back we couldn’t fit (all other adults were seated one per row). Then they shut a plexiglass box over our heads which was immediately claustrophobic. I had to get out because it was so bad. We asked for a refund but they refused. Don’t waste your time.
We came here with a 3 and 6 year old. I didn’t realize it was 2 different buildings across the street from one another. I also didn’t realize I bought annual tickets! I’m from the US so I won’t be able to use them again (no option to buy a single day pass). This place is adorable for little kids - the 3 year old had a blast. My 6 year old was a little too old for it. The underground train ride was the highlight. When we got off the train we learned the interactive play area was already being packed up (it was around 12pm) - slightly disappointed. If I was in town with kids aged 2-4, this is an absolutely lovely activity.
Thank you for your glowing review! We are delighted to hear you and your children had a great time!
What an unexpected, good time. We visited the Postal Museum because my husband is a retired postal worker. It was so informative and had so many hands-on activities for our grandchildren. We loved seeing the first stamp and of course the Elvis stamp. The mail rail was also a great part of the museum. Their snack area was also great for our grandchildren. You simple must visit this fun little place.
Thank you for your lovely review! We are glad you and your family had a nice time!
I initially thought the £20 admission charge would be over the top, but the actual experience was well with it
Thank you for your kind review! We are happy that you had a nice time with us!
This attraction was a surprise. It was so interesting and informative. A part of London's hidden history. The train ride was quite sqeezy and would be very cramped for someone tall, larger framed or with leg or knee issues. The postal museum was full of great exhibits & information boards. Well worth a visit.

Very nice museum with lots of activities for kids. Lots of history and information. The train ride was fun too. The only downside is it is too expensive.
Brilliant visit. Two parts. The static display showing the evolution of the postal service. The rare sheet of penny blacks was the high spot. I noted a children’s area with excited little ones. But the very best part of this experience was riding on the mail train under the streets of London. You have to book a time slot and the entrance is located opposite the display centre down the same street.

Not entirely my cup of tea, but that doesn't hinder the review, or the rating. We went as a group of six, with several members of the group having a keen interest. Lots of info, lots to do and you could easily spend 1-3 hours here. They made an effort to be inclusive, so if you couldn't get on the little train, you could sit in an accessible zone and watch the pre -recorded video. The spaces on the train are very small. Getting two adults in one compartment was a bit of a challenge. The museum aspect was fairly detailed with effort made for interactive parts. The sorting game with a moving floor was especially fun! Would recommend if you, or someone in your party, has the interest in trains or London history.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever done… such a waste of time. The postal train is only 10mins and beyond terrible. Please do not book this, there are many other things you can use your time and money on, truthfully
