For a person like Da Vinci, the museum is a letdown. Little information, too much noise from children playing with the interactive inventions.
The Leonardo D Vinci Museum is one of the best values per ticket we purchased while in Italy for three weeks. The museum is well done, the exhibits well curated, the placards are we written. It was not crowded the day we were there, so we could take our time at each display. I would highly recommend.
Very good value for money. Good to see Leonardo’s inventions and it definitely give you an insight into the mind of a genius and his life. Would recommend attending. Also the shop could do with having some Da Vinci Themed postcards!
Very enlightening visit really enjoyed this. Didn't realise how much he'd invented & wrote early designs for. Good price
Great value and great experience for the money! I would recommend this museum to everyone (especially families with children as there is a whole lower level dedicated to them)!!!
Really nice, to do with or without your children
We were allowed to visit the centre with our Toy Poodle. Given that there are very few places you can visit with a dog in Florence so this was a very welcome way to have a break from the August sun. The team at the desk were lovely and it was great getting to see interactive objects designed from Leonardo's drawings. Also got a photo of our puppy as the Mona Lisa which is so cute!
Very interesting and everything explained well by the precise captions
Very cute and fun interactive museum, suitable especially for children and families. Highly recommended!
