Entrada al Museo del Helado de Miami

I couldn't have loved it more. So much good wholesome fun. It was a beautiful experience to watch my husband become a kid again. Made my entire day. Every employee was kind and happy as well.

It would probably be ok for a 6/7 or under. It was a total waste of time for my 10 yo and I. Go get all the ice cream you want from the the store. The activities were really basic like bean bag toss, roll the ball, and a 10' slide. My biggest frustration was the service. There was an 11.98 service charge applied and a $4 insurance charge that said "auto-applied" that said it was removable. Then you couldn't get a person on the phone to clarify. Why would there be a service charge when I'm at the museum to purchase it. Hidden fees are infuriating. They also do dynamic pricing. So for 1 adult and 1 child ($95) it was a rip off for fairly basic ice cream flavors. Chocolate mint, Vanilla, Chocolate, and maybe 20 other various options that are pretty mainstream. Not impressed and won't go back.

I went yesterday with my 5 year old grandson. It wasn't worth it at all. It's way too expensive for what they offer. Don't waste your money

It's is great and interactive. Lots of ice cream to choose from and a mini game room. The staff is nice and you can purchase souvenirs ( reasonable price).

Smells nice, lots of ice cream, creative, and fun, talks about the history of types of ice creams aswell

When you purchase tickets through Viator it does not register in the Museum of Ice Cream system so you’ll have to wait until a manager comes out and confirm your purchase before you can sign the waiver to enter.

We had fun the place its really cute love the caramel popcorn ice cream The room with the games is nice and super cute. The part that you are inside the airplane room traveling is fun

Really cute and great experience for kids and adults. I would definitely return. The price was reasonable as well.

Love the vibe of the Museum they totally nailed it. My favorite part was the airplane room!! So creative!! But in the other rooms I felt not enough explanation of what to do or what was available. They had really creative options if you could find them. All rooms needed attendants. The final arcade room had way too many games that didn’t function!! Like 90% broke!! But they had 8 flavors of ice cream to try. The slide and sprinkle pit was a huge win with the 5 year old and getting to slide multiple times was awesome!! The place was clean just not always functioning as I previously described. We were all glad we went, but from an adult prospective, I like to see all activities working, and well described with expectations in each activity room.

It is such a fun experience. Don’t miss it Especially if you have kids. It is interactive with unlimited ice cream scoops for Everyone.
