Super cozy and cute. And lots of love to Cicero even though he didn't want me to pet him
This quirky little museum / cat cafe is adorable! Lots of beautiful cats to pet and play with while browsing the little museum. They offer painting and craft classes here too but we didn't have time to book one. The staff are friendly and clearly love what they do. I'd definitely come back if ever I'm in Budapest again.
Total disappointment. The venue has a very noticeable, unpleasant smell the second you walk in. On top of that, there are barely any cats around, and the few that are there clearly want nothing to do with people and just want to be left alone. Definitely not worth the ticket price. Save your money and go somewhere else.
No museum, it's nice that there are many cats, but there isn't much to do
Booked for my partner who loves cats! It did not disappoint, nice variety of cats. And great to see them cared for and safeguards put in place for their well being. Would recommend to any cat lovers needing to get their fix!
A beautiful experience with 12 amazing cats. They are so well looked after x
Excursion is very worthwhile. It was relaxed to come into contact with the cats, pet them or play something. One hot drink included
Can’t understand the bad reviews at all, we loved it during our recent visit! The staff were friendly and the museum is fun and informative if you care to read the info that is all over the place throughout the museum (some reviewers apparently didn’t ;) ). We got a free hot drink and enjoyed playing with and petting the cute cats sitting, striding around and relaxing everywhere. Of course you shouldn’t expect a museum the size of a national gallery or something, it’s two rooms and an upper floor area, but come on. There were games to play and little trinkets and cat paintings to admire. We had fun for sure!
More cats! All the cats!! Moooooreeee cats! The workers are friendly, the cats are beautiful, and the environment is peaceful. Amazing way to spend an evening.
Cute little cat cafe with multiple breeds of soft kitties that let you pet them! You also get a coffee or hot chocolate at no extra charge. They have strict entry and exit procedures which can be a bit off putting to customers if you’re not familiar with the process. I never received a ticket via email but once inside, they had my reservation in the system and there were no issues. Be prepared to remove your shoes and wear provided slippers when you enter. The place is aesthetically pleasing and clean!! It’s worth a quick visit if you like cats.
