Bought tickets the 8 of July for the same date. and they sent me tickets for the 7. Had to but new tickets. How they send you tickets of a day that already passed?
Dear Laura, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Upon reviewing your booking, we have confirmed that the tickets issued were flexible tickets and remained valid for 3 days from the date of issuance. However, we understand the confusion this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are already in contact with the attraction regarding this matter and will be issuing a full refund for your booking. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the experience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
The tour provides a voucher which is not recognized by the site and there is no where to redeem the tickets. We asked and had a convo with the site operators and they did not know any deals/voucher for an exchange for a tickets from Viator. They stated that they do partner or do any vouchers with any tour companies. This tour is non-refundable as well so there is no way to know this until the day of. Visitor needs to remove this option or contact the operator. It is also only 8 euro per person to enter vs. the over $25 USD for this option.

At baths it was a pleasant surprise and well worth a stop.
Dear Tyson U, Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re delighted to hear that the Baths of Caracalla were a pleasant surprise and that you found the visit well worth the stop. We hope to welcome you again on another memorable experience soon!
Honestly, not great. There isn't much left, even in terms of the mosaics found. There is a lack of a visitor space to imagine what the baths were like at that time. We didn't take the time to download the audio guide.
Dear Philippe, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Baths of Caracalla did not meet your expectations. Every visitor experiences historical sites differently, and we understand that the appeal of the attraction is a matter of personal preference. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and we hope you'll have the opportunity to enjoy another experience with us in the future.
Instructions very confusing Received emails saying tickets enclosed, upon opening it said “these are not your tickets” Received that several times Once we received tickets, instructions/website regarding audio download was difficult to navigate/got caught in a loop several times Took us over an hour for it to finally work Website said last entry 6:15. Due to excessive heat we went at 6:00. We were one minute late to get on the bus….we didn’t know there was a bus in the first place. We never got to see it.

Booked the day before the visit. Two tickets for the Baths of Caracalla purchased at the regular price (Viator was the only site selling them that day). And for good reason: upon arrival, we discovered that the visit was free on this national holiday! I sent a message requesting a €28 refund, but haven't received a response in two days! First and last experience with Viator! Otherwise, the site itself is worth a look!
Dear Sandy P, Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear about your experience. Upon reviewing your booking, we can confirm that the tickets were duly issued and shared as provided by the attraction. We had not received any prior update regarding free access on the national holiday. However, we have already raised this matter with the attraction team but unfortunately this is a time consuming process as the attraction is very busy these days. We would never drop the ball and we wish the resolutions were instant, but we need to respect the policy and timelines of the attraction, at the same time ensuring that our guest's concerns are resolved.
Easy to buy tickets. They sent the tickets quickly. The Rome baths of Caracalla do not require timed tickets. The site is very quiet. You can but tickets at the gate. It is a nice to get out of the business of main tour places of Rome.
Dear Tammy, Thank you for your kind feedback! We are delighted to hear that the ticketing process was easy and seamless for you & enjoyed your visit to the Baths of Caracalla and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere away from the busier attractions in Rome. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you again for more memorable visits.
