¿Qué puede haber mejor que una clase de cocina para aprender a hacer pizza y cannoli sicilianos a pocos pasos del mar en Taormina y Naxos? Junto a la "familia siciliana", aprenderá a utilizar los ingredientes frescos y locales que realzan el sabor de cada plato y que hacen que Italia y Sicilia sean famosas en todo el mundo. Con el Chef Mimmo aprenderá el arte de preparar pizza y la típica "Bruschetta" con productos locales: tomates cherry de Pachino, albahaca, orégano y aceite de oliva. Con su padre siciliano, un gran pastelero local, creará los famosos Cannoli, aprendiendo los secretos de la preparación de la oblea y la crema que hacen del Cannolo el dulce siciliano más famoso del mundo. También aprenderá a hacer "Alas de Ángel", dulces típicos que en siciliano se llaman "Chiacchiere" y son populares en Carnaval. Y luego todos se sientan a la mesa, frente al mar Mediterráneo, para disfrutar de sus creaciones acompañadas de una degustación de Limoncello.

We booked this cooking class as part of our honeymoon and had an amazing time. Everyone was super friendly in our group and Chef Mimmo and his mother were friendly, sweet, and informative. They made the class fun, engaging, and a memorable experience! We were a group of two and there were two other small groups, which made the class feel like the perfect size. Highly recommend this class for couples, small groups, or even a family. Thank you for such a beautiful experience for our time in Taormina!

This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily! As a family, we learned how to make authentic pizza and cannoli from scratch, and everything was absolutely delicious. Our chef, Mimmo, was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and easy to follow. Our pizza, chiacchiere and cannoli cooking experience with Mimmo and his family was a highlight of our trip to Sicily. Mimmo was warm, knowledgeable and shared plenty of tips and techniques while making the experience fun and interactive. Really enjoyable class I would definitely recommend to anyone, we were picked up in Taormina and taken into Giardini Naxos by transfer. On arrival there was wine and water on the table followed by some bruschetta then it was onto the cannoli and pizza making, my husband managed to mess up his first pizza dough much the the enjoyment of the chefs mum.
Wonderful experience! Our family of 5 which included kids 18,16, and 11. We got to make and cook our own pizza and cannoli. Real chef and family restaurant and it was so informative and fun! We all loved our pizza and we were so full we are having to wait to enjoy our connoli tomorrow!
Great class; quality ingredients. Both the Pizza and Canoli tasted great. Restaurant was in Naxos - nice to see another town.
