Very poor experience

There was no translation available at the time. Since we were the last group of the day, the guide seemed to be in a hurry to finish and leave. It was a large group, and she spoke very quickly because she wanted to get through the tour as fast as possible. She was rude to me because I was quietly whispering translations to my husband. She abruptly told me to move to the very back of the group. However, since the group was so large, I couldn't hear her from there, especially because she was walking so fast. She was also impatient and rude to several other visitors whenever they fell behind to take a picture or simply stop for a moment to admire the surroundings. We moved through each room so quickly that there was hardly any time to appreciate the space or read the historical information she was explaining. She didn't give everyone enough time to get close to features like the cisterns or other exhibits that required a closer look. As soon as she finished speaking, she immediately moved on to the next room and expected everyone to follow without pausing for even a minute. The place itself is beautiful, and the experience could have been wonderful, but unfortunately, the guide's attitude overshadowed the beauty of the site. It's a real shame.

The tunnel has an impressive mystique.

The girl who led the tour had a lot of knowledge about the place. She answered all the questions and curiosities of the group. With people like that, it is a pleasure to go on tours ❤️😍. There were people who took photos of the tunnel when the girl strictly requested that they not do so; it is suggested that they be even more strict.

Colonial Buenos Aires

Tunnels of the old colonial Buenos Aires. A very nice experience to learn about the history of the colonial city.

Excellent

Excellent experience. The guide, Patricia, seemed passionate about history. Buy the ticket on-site, especially if you are Argentine.

Glad we went

The tour was well-done and very interesting. It was a small group so it was a great break from the tourist crowds while being entertained and educated on the area’s history.

Constructive criticism

A nice experience. Only you have to be on time, because the guide begins without taking into account that if they are all or if someone is missing to arrive.

Beyond expectations. If you have one day only see this one

Strongly recommend to visit. Excellent presentation, display and museum are informative and demonstrate a great way to understand this unique archeological exhibit. Beyond our group expectations. If you go on a Saturday or Sunday you get to enjoy the neighborhood and art and crafts fair

Excellent museum in the heart of San Telmo

Excellent museum not very well known but very deserving of the experience. Matias has been a very good guide, explaining all the details of the reconstruction and the period. We loved it.Highly recommended
