Itinerario
Nuestro camino hacia el pueblo de Bulboaca durará alrededor de 1 hora y 15 minutos. Visitaremos la Bodega Castillo MIMI. El recorrido comenzará desde la entrada al patio interior del castillo que está bellamente decorado con césped, arbustos decorativos, laberintos, barriles de vino utilizados como decoración, una fuente musical que cambia de color y brota del suelo. Después, visitará las bodegas históricas, el área de producción de vino y el jardín de la Edad Media y el laberinto de setos. Tiempo para la cata de vinos. Tienes que probar 5 increíbles vinos Castel Mimi. Pruebe también 7 aperitivos tradicionales moldavos y de comida gourmet: salmón gravlax con pan negro, queso tomme hecho a mano con pera, paté con galleta de centeno y almendras, mozzarella con tomates cherry y aceitunas, y rosbif con salsa de vino. El camino de regreso a Chisinau durará alrededor de 1 hora.

When I first booked, the lack of communication bothered me. It did get better and the driver to the actual tour site was very good.

A great trip. I was collected from my hotel in central Chisinau. My driver and guide was excellent: he was very knowledgable about Molvova, and so the journey to Castle Mimi was very enjoyable. It is really important to have guides who know the local scene, and my driver was excellent. Castle Mimi is a great destination visit if you are interested in wine. Because of local circumstances, I had a personal tour around the winery, and it finished with a tasting of five wines. All round an excellent experience.

Good tour. Slava was my guide. Spoke very good English. He was knowledgeable about touristy things (dates, facts, etc) but also open to share about life in Moldova. He was also a safe and attentive driver. The tour at MIMI was given by an employee of the winery. Very polished. Good wines paired with interesting snacks. Recommend going when warmer to enjoy the fountain (closed over the winter) and outdoor areas.
This tour was amazing experience with Slava, he showed us all the iconic places from Chisinau, walking around telling us all the historic moments of each place. Finishing the tour at the Castle Mimi winery, all the history behind this beautiful castle and finishing with a delicious tasting of 5 types of wine and different snacks perfect for each wine. We really enjoyed the experience and the car had heating in the seats, something, that for winter, we really appreciated it.
