Miles arrived on time at our hotel, with a comfortable clean car with airco. Miles is very nice and speaks English very well, we had some nice conversations about China during the drive. He arranged the ticket purchase and gave clear instructions where to go and where to meet again etc. Very good service, it made our visit to the wall very pleasant and very efficient!

Booking this tour was the best idea and the best money spent the whole trip!Our hotel was very hidden and I was worried, worse when getting off the elevator of our hotel there was our driver 5 minutes before the time with a sign with my name. It was our penultimate day of travel and we were very tired, but we were able to sleep all the way. We provided water both on the way and back, which is appreciated because it is difficult to buy it there! His English was better than ours which is why although he was very politely trying to talk to us, it wasn’t easy. He helped us buy the tickets and made the whole experience even better and easier. We had never done a private tour and it was a little scary, but it was the best thing we could have done! we saved hours to get up early and complicated, and returned to the city rested to take advantage of the rest of the day. I RECOMMEND!!! no one should see the wall without this excursion.

Another one scratched off the bucket list! Our driver David arrived early and was waiting for us at the lobby. He was a careful, safe driver. He drove us as close as we can go before we walked a short distance to take the skit lifts to go up to Tower 6 of the Great Wall-Mutianyu. He was waiting for us at the meeting location when we took the toboggan and came down the hill. He did not try to upsell us or take us to the souvenir shops. Highly recommended to everyone!

The company replied to me very quickly and booked our tour efficiently. We paid 1000 rmb for the day which included everything except tickets. They also wait for you which makes the day run smoothly and there was no waiting around after a long hike on the Great wall. David was AMAZING! He picked us up on time and greeted us with a smile. He answered any questions we had and drove safely and professionaly. He got our tickets to save us queing and greeted us when we had finished. I cannot fault this service. Very professional service, prompt response to emails and was always happy to answer any questions. Ma was our driver, he was absolutely wonderful, could not be more helpful. He helped us purchase our tickets and the kindly walked with us to the shuttle bus and was there on our return. We had a great day and I would have no hesitation in recommending Miles Meng we were very impressed.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids-6 and 8 years old) and we needed the flexibility of being able to move around freely and booking this transport was the perfect way. Although it rained on the day we went to Mutianyu, our driver gave us his own umbrellas for us to use. Our only disappointment and completely unrelated to the driver, but more to do with the weather was that the toboggan was closed due to the rain. Our driver even waited for us while we ate at Laker's Pizza before we headed back to the city. On our way back to Beijing, we asked him to drop us off at the Lama Temple, The flexibility made our day so smooth.

Going with Miles' Car Service was the best choice we could have made to visit the wall. Marvin Xu was our driver and he is a super nice guy. Marvin helped us buy our tickets and gave us recommendations. The car was impeccable and the ride was smooth. Everything was exactly as described in our confirmation email and the price was actually extremely affordable and totally worth it. we spent the day to visit the great wall accompanied by David (I believe), it was perfect, David was very welcoming very available, he helped us to take tickets, added 2 hours without difficulty. we picked it up the next day to go to the airport.
