Parking at C2 city mall 3 hours when leaving Green planet let the security know where you parked and they will validate it to authorise free parking. This is an indoor rainforest we arrived at 10am Tuesday morning which was when it was very quiet .Reviews say this experience takes about 3 hours but only took us 1 hour. It does get packed in the afternoon so best to go in the morning. Lots of plants and animals to see and you can touch certain animals like a snake. If you want to touch more animals you have to pay extra for a package. It has 4 floors where you start from the top walking your way down. No food or drinks allowed inside however there is a cafe where you can sit to eat and drink. Overall a good experience !

Had a great afternoon at the Green Planet. The staff were amazing and was great to see the birds and animals and the rainforest storm at 3pm was fantastic . Well worth the money.

Absolutely amazing place and MUST see especially for animal lovers. I paid extra to have the experience of meeting Liam the Sloth. Well worth it! The staff were all great and knowledgeable about all if the animals.
