Sea screamer was great,, saw dolphins and boat tour was great. nice clean beach, Driver and tour person were very good!

The whole trip was pretty much dreadful, even before it started. I booked the speedboat sea screamer dolphin trip for me and my partner and the afternoon before the trip I was sent an email saying the sea screamer wouldn’t be running however they could rebook us on a dolphin cruise which in their words was ‘pretty much the same experience’. I was told if I wasn’t happy I would only be given a partial refund not a full refund which I feel was pretty unfair given the speedboat was the whole point of the excursion. Reluctantly I agreed as we had committed the day to it despite knowing it was a speedboat I had paid for not, what was in essence, a ferry. Having been on the sea screamer before on a previous visit it was a completely different experience. Was told we had to be there 10/15 mins early but the bus arrived 20 mins late so we waited 40 mins in the car park. The journey there was fine in a comfortable coach however our guide had no idea about the boat trips till we asked him after we arrived. He then guided us to the pier where again nothing seemed organised and no one really knew what was happening but we got it sorted in the end. The cruise itself as I suspected was nothing like the speedboat and we never seen a single dolphin and all we got offered was a free ride next time which is no good for people who aren’t local and or on holiday etc. At the very least we should’ve been offered our money back for the boat aspect of the trip considering they moved the goal posts at the last minute and we never seen any dolphins. Trip was advertised as 2 hours but was actually 90 mins. Upon boarding the bus again we were laughably handed a post card to review the trip and upon scanning the QR code it immediately took us to a page to tip the guides? You’d think they’d at last ask us how the trip was before trying to extract even more money from us. We were also told to make sure we were on the bus 10/15 mins early to avoid traffic going home however we had to wait half an hour after the scheduled departure time due to a family being late which meant we left Clearwater at 4pm and didn’t get back till well after 7pm which meant we missed dinner reservations with our families. If people don’t make the departure time they should be left behind as their time isn’t anymore important than ours. Really bad sign when the highlight of the entire trip was the thunderstorms visible from the bus windows. Won’t be using this company again poor service and not worth it.

I was lucky too get Kevin as my Tour guide again and he was brilliant. Lovely day, clearwater nice. Thank you grey line and Kevin 😊.

Viator caused me a lot of unneeded stress on this trip. They told me to be ready to be picked up by 7:50 a.m. I was there in plenty of time and no one came to pick us up until 8:30 am. After reaching out numerous times they finally got back to me in chat and said the driver was on his way but had no ETA. I was concerned because according to the itinerary they sent me, our boat was supposed to leave at 8:00 a.m. it's now 8:30 a.m. and we haven't even been picked up yet. Once the driver got there, he informed me that viator misled me in their description of the itinerary. He said that we would spend the next 2 and 1/2 hours driving in the bus to get to Clearwater Beach. And that we probably would not be boarding the boat until 12:00 or 12:30 pm. The driver was exceptional and next time I'm going to skip booking through viator and go directly to Gray line tour. They seem to have a clearer understanding of of the times and they respond a lot faster. Very disappointed in the poor communication from viator as well as their misleading description in the itinerary they sent me.

Had a great day Our driver Mauricio Sanchez was fabulous, we were picked up on time , he was friendly and nothing was too much trouble , which made the day enjoyable as he gave us lots of information about Clearwater when we arrived. Clearwater is beautiful.

We had a great time on the Sea Screamer! The crew was amazing and the experience was definitely worth it. We got to see so many dolphins on the trip and it was a good way to keep cool even in that Florida heat between the wind and the ocean mist. Would highly recommend!

It was a beautiful sunny day. We went out on the boat and traveled fast and slow. We saw alot of dolphins. They had music playing and beverages available for purchase. The driver was informative about the surroundings and kept it light and amusing. I've been on boats my whole life and can tell you the captain was a careful and experienced driver. There was a crew of two others as well. A very enjoyable afternoon. I would do this again and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Lots of fun! Would do it again. Make sure to cover up because you’re in the sun and there’s barely any cover if at all.

we had a pod of dolphins giving a display in the surf and there were 2 baby dolphins in the pod. the captain was very good and the boat trip was excellent

Absolutely amazing - if you do one thing in Clearwater. Do this ! Was fabulous one of the best tours I've been on. Plenty of dolphins and some great local knowledge as well
