We booked the walking tour around Florence and the tour of the Florence Duomo. What we hadn't realised is that these were two separate tours so this is a review of two halves. The walking tour - Sebastian was excellent. We were so lucky to find ourselves the only two people on the tour so we were able to move at pace and cover everything we wanted. He was personable, with excellent English and would thoroughly recommend. We then had a half hour break between the two tours and I have to be honest, we were not impressed with the lady who did the Duomo Tour. It was a very busy tour, she was difficult to hear through the headphones and the tour wasn't particularly interesting. In honesty she didn't seem that enthusiastic which was in stark contrast to Sebastian who was full of history and stories.
My stay at Flash Hotel was absolutely wonderful. While the entire hotel is great, the restaurant truly stands out. As a guest, I was thoroughly impressed by the incredible quality and variety of the food. The restaurant team deserves a huge compliment for their hard work and top-notch service—they made Reinaldo's dining experience truly memorable. I will definitely be back!
The tour guide Michele was amazing and he made the guided tour of Florence great. Plenty of historical fact as well as fun facts to provide something for everyone. His recommendations for restaurants was also amazing as we tried a number of his suggestions and they were great.
Michele was the right mix of energy and information. A good intro to the city.

An excellent tour, thanks in large part to the great guide we had, Fabián, an Argentine with the gift of gab who makes it so you can't stop listening to him for a single moment. I have the feeling of leaving Florence knowing its "heart," not just the surface, which is all most of us tourists see when we arrive in a city. And most importantly, I am leaving with a desire to return, because I know, thanks to Fabián, that I still have things to see in this city.
