El Louvre: arte y amor destaca aspectos muy particulares de las obras maestras que a menudo se pasan por alto. La historia del arte y la cultura es también la historia del amor, y el amor se presenta en muchas formas diferentes. Este recorrido explora aspectos muy importantes e influyentes, aunque a menudo pasados por alto, de Eros, que es el BDSM (esclavitud, dominación, sadomasoquismo). Buscamos arrojar luz sobre las fuerzas que crearon el arte occidental, especialmente el catolicismo, su culto a los mártires y su veneración al dolor. Nos sumergimos profundamente en la historia del verdadero significado de la pasión para comprender el contexto y la verdadera inspiración detrás de algunas de las mejores obras de arte jamás creadas.

Itinerario
Nos reuniremos con usted en el Arco del Carrusel entre el Museo del Louvre y los jardines de las Tullerías para entrar juntos en el museo. El recorrido se referirá a una quincena de obras maestras conocidas o menos conocidas, con el fin de dar espacio y consideración también a los viejos maestros descartados en las principales rutas turísticas. El recorrido puede terminar en el museo, para que los visitantes puedan continuar la visita por sí mismos.

This tour was so inspiring and thought provoking, I was expecting something different from a general museum tour and it did not disappoint! It was so informative but also we were encouraged to discuss the ideas presented as well.
The Louvre is an overwhelming place and touring with Barbara was the best way possible to learn about the history of the Museum and its masterpieces. Not only Barbara brought us to see the masterpieces of the Museum, but also the less known (and crowded) areas. Definitely, something we would never have seen if not because of our guide! Do not hesitate: book this tour!
