A good idea in theory not execution. The audio guide was confusing and constantly giving the wrong directions and making you backtrack for no reason. Also, minimal mentions of historical context and the gravity of the geolocation during WW2. Waste.
Hi there, I'm sorry that the content wasn't as informative as you hoped. We will review the tour content and see where updates and improvements may be needed. Thank you for your honest feedback, as this helps us ensure that tour content remains valuable and that improvements can be made over time. I'm sorry you felt this product was not worth the cost. It was so easy to follow. We stopped when we and then control. The directions were so east to follow. It was a gear visit
The first 10 minutes were great then I lost all the rest. could not get the rest of the recordings, all gone.
Hi there, I'm sorry that you couldn't experience the full tour as intended. Did you reach out to our support team via email or telephone using the contact details we sent you when you booked? This shouldn't happen, as all the tour files should download when you hit the Download button. The files may not have been fully downloaded if you had used a shared network, hotspot, or eSim. I'd like to understand better what went wrong, and I'll happily process a refund for you. So that I can look into this, please could you send us an email at support@voicemap.me with your booking reference number and details about what went wrong. Again, I'm sorry that you had this issue. Regards, Brent
We were unable to follow the route. It was very confusing to know where to walk. We did not see what we wanted to see. We were extremely frustrated and disappointed.
Hi there, I'm sorry that you had a frustrating experience. Almost all of VoiceMap's tours have a set starting point, follow a specific route and end at a specific point. In most cases, the tour's route helps build that narrative, so we recommend starting the tour in the right place at the start location and using the Start Tour button. It sounds like you may have started this tour in virtual mode, or used manual playback. Could you send more information to support@voicemap.me so we can identify what went wrong here and why this didn't work as it should have? Regards, Brent Black
This was my first experience with a self-guided audio tour, and I am hooked! The narrator gave a terrific and powerful walk through the history of the ghetto, and I felt immersed the entire time. I would recommend this particular guide to anyone who wants to explore this corner of Rome.
I love the concept of this app – – it uses your GPS and your location to automatically start playing and stop playing. Very cool tour through one of the most beautiful spots in Rome. Make sure you eat at one of the establishments there in the Roman Jewish ghetto – – it’s really the best food in the city!
Great use of technology. Very interesting and informative narration. We’ll worth the time and low price! Could be even better with a more representative map and pictures that illustrate the narration.
Wonderful concept. It was easy, instructions were clear and audible, and information was appropriate. Will definitely do this kind of tour again.
